This is a great short +It's my tape😀
Oh how I miss Getting your mystery mix on cassette and CD
@@lindagrissom8001 😄
I’m gonna pick this one up! It’s great.
Not a huge Deliverance fan, but that's a cool collectible!
@@anickelsworthbiblereviews You’ll come around 😆
Great review! I wasn't really into the original Camelot 1995 version and River Disturbance. I bought the version you have and the vinyl back in early 2022. I can't remember if I bought the vinyl a few months later. I think I did. I haven't listened to it all the way through. I do prefer this version more than the original. Where you didn't get the full story of the original, it seems this version has tied up any loose ends with the full story as Jimmy intended.
@@soldier7778 I’ve really grown to love River Disturbance.
Good job guys!
I don't understand why those UK pressings would put the lyrics on back of the album cover. I have that box set that Girder put out a couple or few years ago that goes from Don't Wait for the Movie to Highlands and a rarities CD. It's now out of print. I also have Inside and Redemption. I don't have the first 2 albums. They had a mostly good run of albums from Don't Wait to Inside.
@@soldier7778 I missed out on the reissues.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!! SO JEALOUS!!! One of my favorites too. I see there is a copy on there now for $65, but am holding out hoping their vinyl catalog gets reissued soon.
@@JeffMcCormack777 For sure. Most times you can find stuff cheaper on Discogs. A reissue would be cool for sure.
Great list! 11-20 on the way?
@@ericcire7709 Maybe 😄

@@pygeekrfoo820 Yeah. They did great with that one album.
MxPx are a great Christian rock band
Nice….but….no Saint?
@@Kenmo.6274 I know, I know. Too For Living is my jam 😃
@ that and Times End. 2024’s Immortalizer is awesome as well. It was top 3 for me.
@ Yeah Times End is great too. I always liked the song “In The Night”.
What song is this?
@@lindagrissom8001 It’s a new song they haven’t released yet. I believe it’s called “ Chaotic Resemblance ( GLORY GLORY )” So I believe the song title is the band name. Hope Travis or Logan will correct me if I’m wrong 😄
Love that Tara introduced us to Stryper
@@lindagrissom8001 Yes! I’m so thankful 😃
Don't forget Disciple!
@@joeblow42064 Absolutely! Should have made a top 20 haha.
Seeing Petra at number 2 and knowing I helped...
@@anickelsworthbiblereviews I’m eternally grateful.
Angelica, Guardian, Barren Cross, Holy Soldier, Bloodgood, Deliverance, Theocracy, Petra and Stryper are all in my collection and are awesome bands. Stryper, Petra, Saint and likely Rez are in my top 5 favorite bands. Bloodgood are in my top 10. I would include Les Carlson solo album with Bloodgood as members of Bloodgood are involved in some capacity and it's hard to separate Les Carlson solo from Bloodgood. For a band to be in my top 10 or 5 they would have to have at least 5 consistent studio albums of Classic Rock, Hard Rock and Metal and they don't have to be still active. My top bands in no order would be Bloodgood, Daniel Band, Deliverance, Impellitteri, Jerusalem, Joshua, Petra, Rez, Stryper, Saint, Sacred Warrior, Ken Tamplin/Shout, Whitecross, Whiteheart and X-Sinner. Some secondary favorite bands are Angelica, Barren Cross, Fear Not, Guardian (the first 3-4 albums), Holy Soldier, Leviticus, Messiah Prophet, Theocracy Narnia, Michael Sweet, Rob Rock, Union of Sinners and Saints and John Elefante with Mastedon. There might be a few bands I'm forgetting. I've been thinking of doing a top 10 or 15 or 20 favorite bands myself.
I would have loved to have added Mastedon in the list but had to stop somewhere. Ha ha
Steve! thanks for this. Hope to see you at another show soon
@@travismcconnell1226 You’re welcome. Thanks for being obedient to The LORD and making music, doing shows and taking time to talk to dudes like me. God bless.
Great review brother! I love your collection! I’m looking forward to seeing Skillet this year at Winter Jam too! The stage production looks incredible this year!
I remember that day.
@@lukasjacobi627 Were you the one with braids?
@stevescoolstuff126 No ... I used to have long hair in the 90ies.
I need to check that on mine. I sometimes end up with a steady amount of water in the detergent tray cavity. It came from a house with hard water before I inherited it.
Since apparently no one else on youtube has this cassette or this song, I think you should post it, that is, if you still have the cassette. I also noticed that Always Leanin is on the list of songs. I'm assuming it was rerecorded to featur Kevin in the song
Cool Cracker Barrel story…and u know I love Duran Duran😎
@@lindagrissom8001 Amen to that!! Thanks for watchin.
I have that as well. An awesome album! And yes, CD was the only format it was ever released on. A cassette version would definitely be a bootleg.
Thank you so much!! You saved me buying a new washer!!!
I think my white vinyl copy of Fallen is from Ulterium Records. The guy I bought it from had all the band members sign in including both Tim and Perry.
@@soldier7778 That’s cool!!
I had Jesus Freak, Welcome to the Freak Show and Supernatural on CD and sold them. They have some good songs but wasn't totally my cup of tea. I'm more into the guitar driven Hard Rock and Metal and a bit of guitar based Moderate Rock.
@@soldier7778 I can understand that.
Used to love a lot of European Alt and Prog rock. Having Christian alternatives is awesome!!!
@@timothyjones1846 Absolutely!!
Cool album!!!
I picked the new one up recently. Jealous that you have Rise, I missed that one on vinyl. Great band.
@@JeffMcCormack777 Awesome! Thanks for taking time to watch. I’m currently watching your trip to Girder Records 😎

Awesome Pick Up Buddy 😊
I just need to clean the filters. Anyone know if you can just pull the filters out and clean them?
How did you squeeze the pins from the inside?
@@eddiebicakci7363 According to most people on here it was like a miracle that I was able to reach them and squeeze them. But, some say you can put something like a butter knife in from outside the head and slide it to pop them. Check the other comments and see what others tried and maybe it will help.
For those struggling to get to the spring clips that hold the console panel in place: it’s possible to pull off the whole top and lift it up (at least for model MVWB765FW3). There’s two additional hex screws you’ll need to remove from the back first. Then the whole top slides toward the front of the machine and can be lifted up (be sure to tape the cover down first). After that it was super easy to release the springs. Source: ua-cam.com/video/IpLF007BXmw/v-deo.htmlsi=1oWuQmpXohrLm-bp

Thank you for this video! It worked and helped me save a lot of money!
@@brianw13 Excellent! Glad I could help.
Nice ranking of your favorite 5 Petra albums Steve. Mine would be a little different but More Power To Ya is my #1 as well. They were in their prime starting with that album and Never Say Die with Greg X. Volz all the way through to Wake Up Call with John Schlitt. I really do love the s/t album as well as Come and Join Us of the 70’s as that’s when I discovered them as a kid. I’ve also come to appreciate their Washes Whiter Than… for its softer poppier side as well. I didn’t much care for it when I was younger. My tastes have changed quite a bit in my older years haha. All that to say, Petra was one of the first Christian Rock bands I discovered and still love to this day.
Man what a story on the Self Titled! We barely pulled it off!
Interesting video and merch! I'm surprised you included the debut and Back to the Street. Ranking the Petra albums is hard with the few eras they went through. For me the easiest way to do a top 5 or 10 of the 16 original material albums is to rank the 70s to the end of the Greg Volz era 1985. Then do the remaining to 2003. From 1974 to 1985, my top 5 would be More Power to Ya, Not of This World, Come and Join Us, Never Say Die and Beat the System. After 1985 it would be On Fire, Unseen Power, Beyond Belief, Wake-Up Call and This Means War. Unseen Power and Beyond Belief is real close so it would depend on my mood. The funny thing is the word "shall" is mentioned in a Hard Rock song, I Am On The Rock. Just sounds odd to me. Also, the chorus to that same song is very close to Pour Some Sugar by Def Leppard. Every time I hear that Petra song it reminds me of the Def Leppard song, probably where back in 1988 to current the stupid song is heard everywhere on radio and video! If you ever decide to digitize that 1979 concert and if you get permission I wouldn't mind having the files for those songs unless Boones, Girder or Roxx would like to put them on an official CD. Did you all the Girder reissues of the Petra CDs and LPs from 1974-1993? I know you showed a lot of them on previous videos. I sold off my older versions and opted for the Girder reissues. Petra is one of my top 5 all time favorite bands along with Stryper, Saint, Impellitteri, and Rez. Here is a bit of Petra trivia: As Greg was exiting in 1985/86 and when John joined in early 1986 there was talks of releasing a live album with John on vocals but that never happened. I think the reason was if they released 2 live albums or an album with 2 singers it would be confusing for the fans.
@@soldier7778 That’s cool!
Cool story on getting the autographs. Not sure that album would be in my top list though. 😁 Do you have the Beyond Belief movie they did? Beat the System was the first Christian cd I ever bought. Seems it was one of the first couple released by then. 🎉
@@JeffMcCormack777 I do have the old VHS of Beyond Belief. Guess I could have shown that too lol.
This is my washer and your directions are awesome! However, we are still having a major issue getting the pins pushed in! Taking a break for tonight and will try again tomorrow!! Thank you for all of this though.
