Don't care for this Ringo collection of old sounding country & western.music. .was hoping for a updated contemporary country rock record. This sounds old..

I’m curious about looking up addresses on Google earth if they pop up in a discussion or a podcast etc. So I looked up the address for your something new owner. Unfortunately I can’t post the screenshot here. It is just an ordinary looking English two story flat but still. Yeah Run For Your Life is a little uncomfortable. Especially as a final track. This is the final thought they want to leave you with. And coming a few songs after In My Life and singing the word is love on the other side. John did say he hated the song in a later interview and he did get the opening lines from an Elvis song. Jealousy was a theme he wrote about before but threatening to kill someone is hard to listen to even though it’s a recurring theme in a lot of old blues and folks songs. I think we’ll get the Rubber Soul box end of the year. We know at least half of it is remixed from the recent Red album,as well as the single, and I would be surprised if the other half hasn’t been yet.

Great cover, has some good songs and i have the coloured vinyl coming as well, im in Canada so i might get it by March.....lol, i love Molly Tuttle and T-Bone but ill probably play it a few times then file it as i do for most Ringo albums but being a collector i gotta have it.......great video as always...peace and love from Vancouver Canada

Well, you did a good job with all those questions. I haven't collected many colored vinyl, but I do really like Plastic Ono Band crystal clear vinyl. My fav US cover outside of Meet is Something New. (Butchers don't count). I will check out her channel. Have fun and take care

Now that it's been a month how do you like this album pressings? Side note: I found myself listening to this version of the album more than the UK counterpart as I just really enjoy the George Martin Orchestral songs

It's nice to see the American albums being ranked. For many of us, we couldn't get the UK albums. They would show up sometimes in the import section, but they were more expensive. I have 20 years of listening to the American albums before hearing the UK ones. With that being said, the UK albums will always sound strange. Sorry

I don't know if everyone is aware of the fact that The Beatles never had any say in anything until Sgt. Pepper. So these UK and the American albums were all put together by the record label and not the artists.

The American albums are much better than the UK ones. I Want To Hold Your Hand was only released on Meet The Beatles album. It was released as a single in the UK. Thank God that the Americans saved the UK Beatles non album songs. All of the American compilation albums made while the Beatles were active are awesome.

Nice to hear the perspective of someone who discovered The Beatles in the 90s. As someone who was listening to The Beatles for more than 20 years before the British albums were released in the U.S., there are big differences in our experiences. Like the wonderful experience of hearing Hey Jude for the first time in early 1970, with the interesting variety of songs, progressing through their career. That was also the most recent album when their breakup was announced, so there was a bittersweet feeling of finality when listening to it. In general I agree with your rankings. I would have ranked Meet the Beatles a little higher, because of its connection to U.S. Beatlemania in early 1964.

That was indeed intended to be the Gnr's Appetite for Destruction's original album cover. Outside the US, that was the only album cover released. Early US editions had it too, but I believe they're quite rare. Have you had a chance to listen to their latest singles? I'd also recommend Green Day's 7" singles box.

Foo Fighters Acoustic tour opened for Bob Dylan 2015 and thought they were so much better than Dylan. Dylan didn't even say one word or even look at the audience once..just played piano and mumbled lyrics looking to his right..but the Foo Fighters kick butt....take care
