Very cool!!! Lots of great info here, definitely using the insight for my trip in the future, there's a big Metal Festival I want to go to there, along with some of the museums like Viking World and the Witchcraft & Oddities Museum :) Congrats on the stone victory-- I know your trained your keester off for it, good stuff!!

Nice! I like this longer style discussion of the whole process.
Hey thanks for all the info bro! Huge help! I have watched this video about 5 times now. I signed up for a WPS 3 contract in Iraq. My recruiter just sent all the paperwork and bio up for approval. I am excited but like you mentioned, I dont feel good enough for all this shit but I am gonna do it! Thank you!

What are some good contractors ? I am trying google and finding nothing but things like silent professionals. I got out 2 years ago honorably 11b and I’ve been trying to do this, even spoke to older contractor cag guys when I was in at random ranges in Korea however no info on where to go, or who to talk to as far as going the networking route
@@thatskelvin like good companies?
@@Asymmetrical.athlete_ yes, I have a watched a lot of videos but I haven’t seen anyone speak about companies
Do companies usally outfit you with kit or do you have to buy your own?
If you’re talking about guns, then yes they do….if you’re talking about uniforms then most don’t. You are usually in civilian clothes
Hey brother. Looking for a way to contact you directly to ask some questions about PMC work. Thanks for the content you have already posted. It's been helpful.
I’m in Iceland right now but the easiest way is my IG, asymmetrical.athlete_
Roger. I'll look you up
How do we know it’s 409 exactly tf lol
Because they have weighted it 😂🤷♂️ it’s a very famous stone….just google it
Got a scale out there or what? Lol
I love when people that clearly have no idea what they are talking about comment 😂😂 just google the stone….its not that difficult to do
@Asymmetrical.athlete_ It's the internet. That could be a big stone anywhere.
@@jonnyg7960 you’re right, I carved out a stone that looks exactly like one of the most famous stone there is. I also made a replica place where it’s at AND I made multiple videos talking about my training for it….fuck me you’re dumb
Strong asf! You probably could've lifted it even higher with the stone facing the other way. Seems like the concave face of the stone would help press against you, allowing for easier use of your core. Absolute fucking unit brother. Keep it up!
If I would have lapped it I could have walked farther…I was just happy I got it up lol

This reminds me of a stone that was discovered by archeologists in Greece that was inscribed by a father it read something like "My son lifted this stone above his head." The stone was something like 302lbs, crazy.
The story of the husafell stone is too long to type but it’s was the gate to a sheep pen and then carried by the daughter. It’s 409lbs

Man I came back to this channel. It's some good info man. You really bring down my anxiety. I might be going to Iraq zone. Can you hook me up with your contact with the taxes in California?
I honestly don’t remember his name, that was a long time ago lol…ask around when you get on contract and someone should be able to hook you up
What is the lodging like? Is it? Is there no privacy? You have to worry about some dude snoring across from me. Do I get my own little area where I sleep where I don't have to be close to anybody?

@@Asymmetrical.athlete_I’ve seen firsthand what happens when you completely disarm law abiding people, I see it every day here. And trying to even approach the subject of privately held firearms here with 99% of the UK is like trying to explain advanced physics to a goldfish. All you will get is a guns are bad standpoint and only the cops and military should have guns. It’s as hilarious as it is maddening. You reap what you sow…..
Excellent info and breakdown. Thank you.
BEAST MODE!!! Let's goooooo hellyeah brother!! 💪🤘

good luck buddy!
As a platoon leader and now a CPT about to ETS in 80 days, I always encouraged my dudes to work in the trades. I'm searching for a job in the BLM/ Forest service now. There are baselines you can fall back to (i was a mechanic for years before I was in) but the education/ long term stuff is very important!
Trades are definitely not for everyone, they need to find a passion or something they really enjoy doing and go for it.
So much real talk right here bro, nailed it. There's a lot of self squaring-away and introspection we have to do after service, some of it is just getting out in nature and hanging out with friends (new or old) that have similar experiences, and working on prioritizing what our goals are/ what we want in life, definitely.
Lots of stuff that you THINK you have squared away…but is usually never squared away
@@Asymmetrical.athlete_ FACTS lol
Gonna send this over to some of my vet friends and stuff I work with a bunch of vets, some of which who work for the local legion, which is a sorta veteran's association in Canada I think that although most of them have found their way, I think this would still help them talk newer vets on the transition On another topic; as a civvie going in, any tips on learning how to live that lifestyle? Learning sorta how to take it day by day and stick through those years of service and whatnot
I’m not sure what’s going on in the military today but serving is actually pretty damn easy. They tell you when and where you need to be somewhere every single day. You make amazing friends and it’s a good job. It will suck at first only because you’re the new guy but after you get past that then it’s great.
@@Asymmetrical.athlete_ Thanks for the pointers sir! I've been waiting and training like hell for the infantry while the Canadian army takes their sweet time processing my paperwork (almost 2 years since I re opened my application)
@@cej3940 good luck man
Ok, PMC work can be used too 😂
What?
What’s a better title for a pmc? A marine or an army soldier
That doesn’t make any sense, there are way more than just marines and soldiers that are PMCs
@@Asymmetrical.athlete_ I guess what I’m trying to say is which branches infantry is more likely to get accepted into a pmc
@@forcesaimi whoever makes it through selection…. It doesn’t matter if you were army or marine corps because no one cares
Can a former paper pusher USMC 0121 get into this?

What happened to your IG?

Great video brother! Thanks for replying You mentioned America is special and unique, I 100% agree with you. Shall not be infringed. Erik Prince has some cool podcasts where he talks about what makes America special. You might like them. Washington crossing the Delaware is pretty cool, I like the painting we have very little freedom in Australia, they had covid camps in 2021 were you could be sent without a trial. It was pretty bad Looking forward to the transitioning video. Only other questions I had were 1) What do you think about the migrant crisis on the southern boarder, any thoughts about why the government is doing it? Doesn't seem to make a lot of sense to me 2) Are you worried about the government debt in the USA? It is like >110% of GDP and I don't understand why they don't cut back. Any thoughts on that? Cheers - William
The debt crisis is pretty bad, I could go on a huge rant but then I think….what if all the countries we owe money to called us on it (it’s way more than just china btw) and we said no….wtf are they going to do about it? Nothing…so it’s like you stole candy from your little brother and he can never get it back.
The border is much different, obviously we don’t have all the answers but there are a lot of people that think they are doing this to get more democratic voters in the country to swing the vote their way 🤷♂️
Glad to see you back bro!!! 100% on point, shall not be infringed is pretty clear. The NFA was supposed to have a sunset on it by 1948, let that insanity sink in too, yeah... I have a few Aussie friends who do have a bunch of firearms legally, its a really weird process there to get them and then the membership to gun ranges apart from for licensed specialty services (like feral Camel and Kangaroo control/ hunting).
It very weird
