Hey Johnathan, I am planning to go with Bartolini next year and am doing there assessment for gateway 1. Can I ask how long it took after completing your type rating to actually sitting in the cockpit for line training and what did you do during this time?

I idol of u because I want to be a pilot. I practise sim flying in msfs all day. And keep doing the training all the time and again and again

My son was a Ryanair pilot and told me the 737 training didn’t encourage smooth landings as Boeing require relatively firm landings, possibly to make sure the spoilers activate quickly on touchdown

I don`t even know you but im getting all teary...this was my dream that unfortunately could not be fulfilled, and it made me go back in time when i first tried (back in the early 80`s) when things were a bit more difficult to achieve if your parents weren`t loaded...anyway, congratulations on your achievment, and on your first time at the controls! you looked like an experienced pro! all the best on your career and keep those landings nice and smooth just like that as i had horrible landings every single time I flew into Ireland...not joking..😂😂 many congrats fella👏👏👏👏
