Svaka čast. Koliko otprilike držite nakon što se peka zapreća? Treba li okretati ribu ili joj je dovoljno da bude samo s jedne strane?
Ej care. Pa držali smo nekih 20min i onda otvorili da vidimo kako izgleda, ulili bijelo vino i vratili još cca 15-20min. Ne treba ništa okretati ni dirati ❤️❤️❤️

Sta od opreme koristis i koja je ta kamere
Oprosti, moram se naučit pisat opremu u opis kao prije. Ugl. Štap je Shimano Blue Romance 20-60g, rola Daiwa BG 3500, upredenica 0.18mm Daiwa Tournament Multicolor, FC predvez 0.37mm nisam siguran koji točno ali to nije toliko važno. Jesam pomogao? Kamera je GoPro 9 Black i Canon 80D.

Čudi me da ne ispirate filete prvo od krvi.
Riba je pravilno otkrvljena na moru, ohlađena i mislim da nema potreba za dodatnim ispiranjem. Mogla bi se kratko staviti u rasol ili kratko šokirati, međutim to radimo kad nismo sigurni u porijeklo ribe i rukovanje s istom nakon ulova.

Hey Paul. It's actually really simple to get the basic tartare. Little bit of olive oil, soya sauce, few drops of freshly squeezed lemon and orange juice, lime is also welcome, you can put toasted sesame seeds or oil, capers, spring onion, tabasco or something spicy if you like. Marinated rock samphire is also great. This one was made with little bit of lemon gel which was made in advance but it's not neccessary. Stick to olive oil, lemon, orange and soya sauce 🔥 No exact measures, feeling.
