Considering the cost of a the Ecoflow or any other power source, 2 hours? That's it for a space heater? I just started looking into this as an addition to my gas generator, to maybe to run somethings when I loose power instead of the gas generator. In Texas as you remember, we had a huge winter storm a few years back, and I was without power for 4 days. A pot of water froze on my kitchen counter. It was life threatening. I have had to go a day without power with temps around 25F, and to make it through the night, I ran a 1500 w space heater on my gas generator just to get through the night. The gas generator ran almost 8 hours before running out of gas. My neighbor ran an extension cord to the gen too, to run a space heater. So two space heaters. I do not get the interest and hype of this is it for portable power station. If I am not understanding the data or situation, please let me know. As I said, I am literally just now looking into solar and power stations.

Thats a really short cable, whats the part number if I need a run of 20 yards or meters(60 ft or so?) from my panels into inside of cabin to delta pro ?

i want to put 2 300 wt panells hooked to a go power 30amp controller, panels are 25.5 vlt 8.17 amp ea, controller says 37.5 amp max, with max voltage 35 vdc. should i hook both panels in series or parallel ?

I think I messed up, I didn't research properly and bought a second solar panel different company and wattage which is also flexible. My fixed one has 175w - 18.1vmp / 9.67imp / ISC 10.31A where the other one is 100w - 17.1v / 6.3a short circuit current. What fuse do I need? I'm new to this stuff, barely done any electrical work. Or will they work in series? Maxium fuse current is 20A on the 175 panel and 15A on the 100w panel.

i have 6 335 watt panels i put 2 in series it makes 120v which makes2010 watts but on a good day in fl i get 75 to 60 percent, looking at 150v60a controller on 24v batterys will it work panels show 8.9amp

so to simplify, connect all positive to one and all neg to one.

Hi, I realize this video is old, so I dont know if you still check these-but since I have the same EcofIow wanted to ask---not to sound lame, are they (panels) weatherproof? I want to put them on top of a shed and leave them there for the summer-is that possible?I would just run the cords through the side somehow-but wondering id they will be OK n the sun and rain all season? Hope you see this-thanks!

Just got here, amazing simple and straightforward info, question, what's the best practice to ground the EcoFlow on an only solar/propane generator setup?

Damn i was hoping this would fo the trick. Live in an old home with poor insulation and old electrical. Can only have one AC or heater on at a time, or the power will go out. Tons of blankets and sweat clothes it is.

In the winter do you leave the generator inside and have the cords go out the door or window

The most I seen my 405 watt bring in is 280 watts on a sunny day. Today it's raining and only bringing in 20 watts.

Boring to much info my it simple

pure nonsens on hte panel is wrinten maximum Fuse rating/ Fuses to use is 10 Amps or lower and in what situation that can be important is not writen so telling nonsens is the way to go? to put on a 5 Amp panel a 10 Amp fuse to protect it against another panel that can put out same 5 Amps sound prety pointless? yes it is pointless, 5 Amps is the maximum power a panel can create and if there will be set fuses then for the reson to protect against current run into the panel. so if panel 1 fail and become a consumer so panle 2 will put 5 Amps intio panel 1 and for what is this 10 Amp fuse then???? for nothing !!! if you put for example 4 Panels in Parallel and each one brings 5 Amps = 20 Amps so if one of this panels will fail the working 3 panels will pump the 15 Amps what they generate into the failed on so if you put now into ea panel a fuse the fuse will blow. what if no ideal weather condition will be now? and the 3 panels genarate 9 AMps? 9 Amps pumped into the failed panels so the busbars on the failed on will heat up and a possible fire is the case so the fuse is again worthless. the reak fact. 2panels in parallel need exactly nothing if one panel fail the most bad thnik that ccan happening panel 1 put into the faild one 5 amps but cos this panel typ is designed to move 5 Amps nothing more will happening only no power to the charger. in the situation you set alot of panels paralllel a fuse can give any protection but in my example i shown that are more big faild can exactly come about this fuse+ burning melting wires cells.... so the only real and serious way zu grant parallel setups 100% protection is set on any + a schottky so ea panel only have the option to produce power or dont produce it but any current in any size never can be pumped intto a failed/shadet or on ather faults can be happening. thats for the nonsens video that 2 paralel panels need fuses........

Nothing wrong with folding panels. try mounting rigid panels up quick in an emergency.

I purchased 4 100w solar panels from them and have 5 100 ah lithium batteries and connected to a 3000w inverter using 4 awg wire..not sure what size controller should I use for this is 60 ok?

Hello there idk much about this kinda stuff but I want to use a 80a controller with 4 battery’s and a 4,000watt inverter with 200 watt solar panels is this set up possible? Or do I need a bigger controller or more or less panels ?

I'm building a go cart solar generator.. got a lithium 48v 5120wh battery, 4x100w solar panels.. what size controller do I need? Can any 12v panels be wired to 48v ?

You are confusing me because according to the Ecoflow website, the Delta 2 Max can only accept 60 volts dc. I have purchased 4 ecoflow 100 watt rigid panels. According to the solar panel specs they have a voltage open circuit of 18.6. I would rather wire them in series but that VOC number would be 74.4 volts. If I were to wire them parallel the voltage would be 37.2. 400 watts divided by 37.2 volts is 10.75 Amps. That would be in spec according to ecoflow.
