Thats the problem is they only make money if they sell them but they would rather low ball them to move them. Turn over is just as inportant as price to them because they are not theres and have no vested money or time ubtil they list it. So I dont think it would take them 6 weeks to list something. But remember only go on sold comps and then consider the economy etc and know that what something sold for 3o days ago, in this inflationary economy is not going to be the same.

The problem I have is how they can say something is not real and keep it. That say's scam. They should atleast give you the option to pay for return shipping. The other thing I dont sell through them is you have no say on price . Also your selling designer brands Luxury brands and they dont have the principal to talk to their clients on the phone . That is low class and when alot of money is at stake you should be able to ralk to a person.

I’m catching up on my comments. You know that I watch your videos as soon as I see them post, but cannot comment on my work computer lol bank has comments on lock down! Our concierge person was absolutely amazing. But we only dealt with him once. He has since left, or been transferred, or whatever. We have had Two emails since then letting us know that our concierge person has changed, so that means three people assigned to us within a matter of probably nine months. Maybe more like six or seven months. Seems like it’s a little bit of a revolving door around there, which would explain your bad person, at least to me. I do agree, with only maybe one or two exceptions, I think we sent about 60 items there, and everyone of them are payout was far far less than it would have been if we had fire saled it on Poshmark basically giving it away. And you are right, they allow returns for size and fit or for whatever reason. And they are not meticulous at all about noting flaws or taking pictures of them. For instance I had a Christian Dior silk blouse that had a very small pinhole on the back of the shirt. But it was just big enough where you could see it. They never disclosed it or photographed it. So it was returned three times before it finally sold in the stuck. But I feel like if they would just have disclosed it upfront and marked it down slightly they could’ve saved them selves a lot of hassle. So what I gained from my experience with the real real, it is the perfect platform for: 1. Items that do not have a size, (shoes and clothes) as they will do estimates and list it that way. 2. Items that we have trouble authenticating, since they authenticate everything. 3. High-end very desirable items because those they sell at a steep premium and I feel like luxury buyers shop confidently on the platform. And it also protects us from the risk of a scammer getting our really good item and opening a case.

This is so fun!! I’m so happy for you that you got to meet up with such an amazing and sweet subscriber. She has been a long time subscriber of ours and has always been so supportive. And it’s nice to be able to connect with people in person that we have only interacted with virtually. And getting to go on a girls trip, so fun!!!!
