Let's make some Homemade Vegan Breakfast Sausage Patties!

Ingredients:
Vegan Breakfast Sausage:
1 cup of walnuts (soaked overnight or for at least 3 hours)
2 cups of portobello mushrooms
1 cup cooked red lentils
1 cup rolled oats
3 tbs flax meal
2-3 tbs nutritional yeast
1 tbs maple syrup
1 tbs coco aminos
2 tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp crushed fennel seeds
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried sage
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dried basil
Chickpea Egg rounds:
1 Cup chickpea flour
1 cup spring water
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp black salt
Black pepper to taste
Vegan Butter Swim Biscuits:
2.5 cup bread flour
4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp salt
1 tbs coconut sugar
2 cups almond milk
2 tbs apple cider vinegar
1/2 stick vegan butter, melted

Can I not use the carrots and nutritional yeast? If so what can I replace them with?
Looks like it held together pretty good as well. That is the main issue I had with different veggie burger recipes. I also used flaxseed in place of flour initially but I ended up using it because I was fighting a losing battle as far as trying to get the burger to hold together while cooking.
I love this! I made some bean soup and was looking for a recipe, but just threw something together. I did the same except white wine, collards, and pecan. I used coconut milk, walnuts, and Kale. I will try this next time. Thank you!!😊

I am! I never thought I'd be here watching a vegan video until after being hospitalized a few days ago from eating frozen ground beef. Got so sick, had diarrhea, couldn't get out of bed, and brain fog.
That vegan cheese brand used is full of mortified starch, salt, and other questionable ingredients. The best cheese to use is Raw cheese that isn't pasteurized that is best to eat. Helpful tip for you.

I was watching a podcast with a mushroom specialist and he said tp stay way from protobella mushrooms
I never tried to put the beans in the oven first. I always put all veggies and beans in a food processor. I also added mushroom, lentils and some beets. I will give this a try!! It looks yummy! 😋
