Brandon I just happened to come across your video when you were preparing a Vegan mushroom/chickpea burger and I’m so glad I did! Your burger looks so good and delicious, and easy to make! You make cooking Vegan foods look so good and easy and I absolutely love your down to earth personality. I’ve been a vegan for going on two years, I went cold turkey too, due to sooo many health problems in my family and I made a decision that I will not allow foods that are harming my body control me! Keep on keeping on Brandon you’re amazing! 🥰
Thank you for sharing your story. My family just made your mushroom chickpea burger recipe last night and loved it. I dig what you’re doing. Looking forward to trying more of your recipes.
you definitely not tripping bro, everything is energy and the number 1 law in thermodynamics is energy can’t be created or destroyed only transferred, all that fear and low vibration from that food transfers on to you. i remember that happened to me when i ate chicken, felt straight fear and sluggishness, your a electrical being, you need electric foods. this happened when i was like 15 and i knew about it but never really had the courage to tell my parents till a year later, now im vegetarian and im slowly gonna go over to alkaline its just tuff out here when your young, great video.
Me too I have a hard time cooking eggs it disgusts me i'm eatting a baby chicken its like eatting an embryo you wouldn't do it. But I like cheesy eggs a few times a year. Same for chicken I always hear it making noise when I am cooking it like it's still alive its gross. I rarely cook chicken the smell and blood disgusts me and it just cringes me everytime. I also never liked it as a kid unless it chicken breast. As far as low vibration food if your one of those people that is an empath you have to pray over and cleanse veggies and fruits as most hire people with a criminal record or low vibration people to work in those warehouses also and i've worked in a salad warehouse (that was one of the most depressing times of my life) they drop the product on the floor, step on it, cough on it and pick it up and package it. So use baking soda to clean and alkaline your fresh produce.
Brandon, thanks for sharing! I had a similar journey. After hearing 'Start with your diet,' I went plant-based & felt a change in 5 days. 8 years later, I'm still plant-based and practice yoga regularly. Always on the lookout for new recipes, I absolutely love your channel! Namaste
I’m a new vegan with a similar story. It was health motivated and if I’m helping animals and the planet it’s added value. I’ve never felt better in my life. Best to you and thank you for sharing!
Thank you Brandon, your list of foods was also my favorites LOL no crackers needed just the whole block of cheese for me, in a few days I'll be 69 years old and I have been 90% plant based for 7 years with the last 2 years also being dairy free and eating meat/fish every 4-6 weeks. I ask my universe to provide me with the things and people I need to make me stronger to reach the goals I have set for myself and this week I am blessed with your presence and these healthy tasteful recipes. I am dealing with some serious health issues right now and I am so grateful that I have been 90% plant based because I know had I not been I would be in really bad condition if I would be at all. Thank you Brandon for letting people know how healthy eating and living can be done and that they are not alone.🥰
I love your videos. You're so real and down to earth. I can feel the excitement you feel eating healthy and sharing that. Thanks so much for sharing your story. I'm hoping and expecting that lots of people will catch the great vibe you radiate!
dropping the honey and adjusting your clothing / shoes, etc, are just the normal next steps that you can take once you are ready for them. But I think you'll be just fine and feeling great about them once you've taken them. I can speak from experience. It was overwhelming at first because I had to learn so much and get to know what to commonly look out for, but once you know, it's easy. Keep going, I love what you are trying to do here, all the best.

I’m just staring off pant based and for reasons similar to yours. Thank you for sharing your testimonies and words of encouragement. Your cooking is so realistic and I feel that I can truly do this thing. A lot of vegans or plant based channels complicate the ingredients and it feels cumbersome but I’m going to stick to this lifestyle and be victorious.
Being only 5’9 inches tall and 199lbs in 2022 made me go vegan. As of Oct 2024 I’m 154lbs lean, toned, muscular (not bulky). Best decision ever! No more mood swings, my testosterone levels are high, sex drive is high, thoughts are more clear…I could go on & on. P.S. Some days I’ll only eat seeded watermelon 🍉 for breakfast, lunch, snack, & dinner. Melon has everything a man need for sufficient nutrients & hydration.
Thanks for sharing. ❤ Also … homemade vegan pizza 🍕 is easy - but it takes time. I make my own sourdough pizza dough- takes 2 days to make the dough & you can freeze the dough. I make my own pizza sauce- takes a few minutes. I also make my own vegan cheese, because I am also oil-free & I cannot fond vegan cheese without oil.
How do you make the pizza? I tried to make pizza last month and it didn't come out right lol had to toss in the trash the dough was like a science lab project.
@@akaishadouglas8259You can use the same recipe for pizza dough that you use for bread … just divide the dough before final rise for regular yeast dough or divide dough before final shaping for sourdough. There are loads of recipes here on UA-cam for home breads. If you do not have experience as homemade bread maker: many local bakeries and groceries stores sell fresh or frozen pizza dough.
Hey Brandon👋🏾 New subscriber and glad to be here. I love and appreciate all that you share. You have been an inspiration and encouragement to me after discovering your IG channel and your healthy recipes. Again, THANK YOU SIR!💟
Hi Brandon, I just started following you several weeks ago! Thank you for sharing your story. I am not solely a plant-based . However, I love veggies/fruits so much that I watch plant-based/vegan influencers such as yourself in order to incorporate at least 1-2 plant-based meals into my meal rotation. I have entertained going completely plant-based but I still like fish and chicken 🫠. I have given up dairy and found some amazing plant-based dairy products. (So, I’m coming around). Anyway, thanks for sharing your story. A friend of mine made your Greens n Chick-pea sweet Potatoe recipe and it was 🔥🔥🔥. So, thank you! May God bless you even the more to continue doing what you’re doing!
This is dope. I have a similar story. I've been vegan since 2016 and used to cook more in the beginning. I know I need to get back to cooking more. I'm getting there.
New fan here! I'm so glad you shared this! ☺️. I appreciate this a lot. I'm not vegan (thought about it), but I've really grown a huge love for plant based meals in recent years. Just like you, my skin has improved so much and I have so much more energy reducing the amount of meat and dairy products I eat especially since I've started to develop an intolerance to dairy. I've come to the realization I'm definitely not a salad person either and now I'm going to stop choking down salads now that I know that's not the only thing you eat with plant based diets 😂. Thank you for helping so many of us enjoy vegan cooking and I really look forward to your next videos!
It's definitely a discipline. I'm more pescatarian, vegetarian and I throw in Wagyu beef here and there but I have discovered a lot of vegan options that I really like. It's healing for sure. Cheese is a tough one to give up, so I get it. lol
I was flipping vegan videos looking for something to prepare quickly. I saw your burger, and decided to try it.,I was surprised. It tasted good and was quick. Thanks a lot. ( new to being vegan.) Looking forward to other recipes
I really enjoy your videos. Your recipes look so good and inspires me to put something together based on what I have at home. Lol! It’s so great seeing more people of color who eat more plants!
Brandon, thank you so much for sharing your story. I love watching your videos, so soothing and calming. My husband and I began this journey almost 6 months ago after watching a documentary about how meat is processed to make it to our table, it turned our stomachs! While we still eat out and partake in desserts, we do our best to be selective however, this video has reminded me to be mindful of what I am eating and how it is processed/cooked; especially desserts. I’m headed into the kitchen now to try your chickpea and mushroom burger. Thank you again!
Very encouraging post sir. I’m trying to get there. Most times, I’ll choose plant-based over meat when I go out to eat, but sometimes there isn’t much of a selection, so I’ll end up getting some type of seafood. And then that cheese, oh my it is the hardest to let go of for me, even though I know it is working against me. Keep inspiring because you are doing God’s work.
Great story! I was the only ‘vegan’ in my family as well. It’s so important to listen to your body and know how to take care of it. I’ve recently added higher quality meats and organic/grass-fed/pasture-raised dairy products back into my diet occasionally. I felt like I needed more protein and aminos from those food sources. More importantly choosing to create meals with whole, real food is the health game-changer! Be careful with the vegan processed foods. They are just as bad as any fast food.
I went vegan in 2020, close to when you did, and I'm 59 now. My arthritis went away, my cholesterol dropped from 420 to 190 without statins, and I will NEVER look back. I researched it before starting, and learned that those who do it for the animals and the planet have more success than those who do it for their health, so I watched all the icky documentaries to make sure it would stick and it worked
I had really bad digestive issues and tried keto (my gall bladderthrew a fit), vegetarian, vegan, back to vegetarian and back to vegan for several years now (my journey) 😊 I rarely eat out....however, Cheesecake Factory, one local restaurant, and Naf Naf near me have the most vegan foods/ options available. Personally.... love making/creating my own food 😊 I do alot of baking and give it to my non vegan friends and they are totally blown away by how fabulous everything tastes....they even ask for more 😂 My employee LOVES everything I make even though he his not vegan. PPL have a misconception that vegan is tasteless plants and salad only....but when they taste what I make....they like it 😉 I digress 😂😂😂 I found out through past experiences when I do eat out to tell the waitress you are lactose intolerant or have allergies to eggs and dairy instead of saying you are vegan works much better....no having to return food. Thanks for sharing your journey ❤
Plants in America have pesticides. FDA allows a small amount... But if you are eating more plants than expected, you are getting more roundup than others. And seed oils, plant seed oils are a problem too.. they are overprocessed, denatured.
Appreciate you bro! Keep shining and doing your thing!! That mushroom chick pea burger is a go to for me! Thanks for sharing your recipes and your journey!
Bro, you are what I have been looking for. I tried to go vegan for about 2 years, and I got burnt out because there was not a lot of options for us to eat out there. And when you buy prepared boxed foods from TattoedChef etc., it can be quite expensive, I mean, I spent an average of $400 or more a week on stuff that I was not impressed with on taste, so I went back. I lost a bunch of weight, and sadly put it back on :(
I was a vegan since 2018 but now almost a month now I’m vegetarian. I just got tired of the super restrictions when I would go out with friends and family. I’ll never eat meat again, but I eat honey, real eggs and real cheese from time to time. I’m what you call a lacto ovoo vegetarian.
Awesome. I need to go vegan, how do u do it when your spouse is not? My Hubby is very fit, he is in the gym all the time but he already said that he is NOT going vegan...I cook most of the meals in the home and try to eat as healthy as I can. Congrats on your channel, you are doing great🎉🎉😊❤!
Convience is a slow I killer, whether it's technology or food, etc. We have to love ourselves more, which means being selective about what we put in our bodies.
I love honey. But I agree with you. I am not like some of these others that get around screaming vegan. I love making great foods. And of its good for my body I am going to eat it .

@@susanb3152 Thank you!
@@alexiarowan7781 you're welcome! That's amazing!
It's definitely a discipline. I'm more pescatarian, vegetarian and I throw in Wagyu beef here and there but I have discovered a lot of vegan options that I really like. It's healing for sure. Cheese is a tough one to give up, so I get it. lol
It is definitely a journey. It's all about finding what works for you!
Thanks so much for the encouragement! Great video!
I've been vegetarian for 2 1/2 years now. I love it!
It is good to cook your own food. Congratulations! We are proud of you!
Love your message about how you feel after eating certain foods ! Thank you
Very encouraging post sir.
Violife cheese is a good-tasting vegan cheese.
Wow your cooking very well for someone who didn't really cook before. Like your ideas,. Keep growing 🙌🏿🙌🏿👏🏿👏🏿👍🏿✌🏿✌🏿
Good for you, health is wealth, keep soaring!!
Thanks for sharing your story!
Thank you so much for sharing your story Brandon! My journey came about very similar to yours. Thanks again!
Thank you
Great story!
Love your story, stay blessed 🫶🏽🙏🏽
Love your content PBB your story is that more inspiring 💯
Glad I found your channel. Love the vegan lifestyle.
You inspire me to make the sweet potato nachos, definitely giving it a try. Many blessings 🙏🏾
God bless you and your family brandon hello from brazil
Awesome video brother thanks.
I had really bad digestive issues and tried keto (my gall bladderthrew a fit), vegetarian, vegan, back to vegetarian and back to vegan for several years now (my journey) 😊
I rarely eat out....however, Cheesecake Factory, one local restaurant, and Naf Naf near me have the most vegan foods/ options available.
Personally.... love making/creating my own food 😊
I do alot of baking and give it to my non vegan friends and they are totally blown away by how fabulous everything tastes....they even ask for more 😂
My employee LOVES everything I make even though he his not vegan.
PPL have a misconception that vegan is tasteless plants and salad only....but when they taste what I make....they like it 😉
I digress 😂😂😂
I found out through past experiences when I do eat out to tell the waitress you are lactose intolerant or have allergies to eggs and dairy instead of saying you are vegan works much better....no having to return food.
Thxs for sharing, I’m trying to be vegan as well, tired of chicken
I love your videos and I have tried a few of your recipes and I love them!!
Bro, you are what I have been looking for. I tried to go vegan for about 2 years, and I got burnt out because there was not a lot of options for us to eat out there. And when you buy prepared boxed foods from TattoedChef etc., it can be quite expensive, I mean,
I spent an average of $400 or more a week on stuff that I was not impressed with on taste, so I went back. I lost a bunch of weight, and sadly put it back on :(
Congratulations! ❤
I feel so bad if I eat fast food.
I start taking my own plant base for the cookout. 😂
Same! Lol
Good stuff bro!
Thank you for sharing your story
Convience is a slow I killer, whether it's technology or food, etc. We have to love ourselves more, which means being selective about what we put in our bodies.
Your channel is giving me the confidence to start cookin more. I love mushrooms but what stores do you get your Oyster Mushrooms From?
Same

Try pizza 🍕 with no cheese
I love honey. But I agree with you. I am not like some of these others that get around screaming vegan. I love making great foods. And of its good for my body I am going to eat it .
Could you grill something plant based!?
I cant find Lion's mane. Where do i purchase it?
