You may have used the spiral stairs for last time. NPS is finalizing plans to replace the stairway. Hired a contractor in Dec. Wrapping up permits.

Paddling down the lower staircase is always fun. I know it seems big when your on it but nothing there is over class 2

Not to be that person... But the Skyline Traverse covers 5 peaks: South Boulder Peak, Bear Beak, Green Mountain, Flagstaff, and finally Mt. Sanitas. Your loop is a great one, though! Just not the "Skyline Traverse" :)

Nice job boys. Those were mussels not clams. And I would put them right as close in the fire as you can like on a flat rock in the fire for smoky toasty treat. They are near impossible to over cook. I like them well done.
