Whitewater Kayaking Shenandoah to Potomac River Harpers Ferry, West Virginia class lll Packrafting

Paddling the Shenandoah River Bridge to the Potomac River at Weverton, Maryland through Historic Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. Bull falls, mad dog and Whitehorse rapids at medium to low flow (about 3'). Was a good class 1 to class 3 section and overall a perfect day on the water. Comment with any questions about logistics or anything outdoor adventures in the Maryland area related.
