Helped a lot. Also right when you plug it in and it boots you can connect mouse with USB.

Show us on a 4k tv what they where designed for

You got it hooked up to a old pc monitor plug it into a big 4k oled tv with hdr capabilities and review it then is that monitor even 16.9

Tech support is so dumb, they are asking me when I report Live TV screen went black, where else I saw other people are reporting the same issue. OMG what a screwed up tech support. Never buy Buzz TV box.

I used the formuler alpha tonight and i find it just as good as the z8 and much cheaper...done a speed test on it and I got over 400mbps on it!

Unfotunately, It is running Android 7. Some newer apps might not run. Also, only 2Gb DDR4 ram? WTF? Why not 4GB or 6gb for a box costing about $150 US. Only 16Gb storage? Formuler, lets up the ante.

Hi, I just bought the Formuler GTV IPTV recently from my IPTV service provider and starting to hate it. Every time the Service provider does a Server update or the Software upgrade happens my Formuler GTV box keeps asking to enter UID and PW and the site does not recognizes my UID/PW and keep giving the "Connection Error/Login Required Enter Username and Password Code: 8". the IPTV provider did reset it once but stopped responding since. I have rebooted my modem router and the iptv box but still giving the same error. I keep unchecking the "Login Required Box" but it keeps asking for UID and PW again. Is there a way around this? Thanks

To be fair, none of the Android boxes really have manuals. Lol, and I never got those people who were too afraid to tell you about that booger or the spinach in your teeth. Id be pissed if someone didn't tell me. And I'd be pissed if I bought something that turned out to be crap and someone knew but didn't say anything.

Nice box but sloppy software. No wonder you gave it away. I bought the box and found out that I have to deal with tons of channel without option to organize them. It's allowed only to hide a category from a list of whatever from your provider. Buzstard won't support nor accept return even withing 5 days. It's frustrated to scramble tons of channel in one big family can use only one favorite category to organize channels. Even free Kodi plugin is capable to show/hide channels. I regret that I should go with Shield for 199 at amazon.

I love Buzztv products though I've never owned one. But from what I always see on the internet, they look so premium & I know one day I'm gonna get me one. If you say you don't like it then chuck one of them boxes my way :-D Otherwise, thanks for the informative review!

Also want to add had Formuler Z8 and Formuler GTV, all Dreamlinks all lagged bad switched it to the xrs4500 and to a 4900 I'll stick with buzztv boxes as long as they keep up the good work. I'm a 😁 camper here.

I have xrs 4500 and just bought the 4900 man this box is a beast.. no buffering at all also use vpn and dns it helps alot. And yeah I didn't like the remote but I turned off Bluetooth and it works really good and no more problems😀

Formuler For The Win!

That's not bad but I think Formuler GTV is way better than this box.

I'll stick with my nvidia shield.

Man I want to try out the gtv. I own a Buzz Box XRS 4500 when it came out, which I bought as my beginners box and then bought a firestick 4K to use in my bedroom and one for my outdoor projector. Been wanting to try the gtv but can't justify buying another device lol.

Great video. I have the buzz xrs 4500 and has been flawless but I have heard many people having issues with the xrs 4900 especially the remote. I do want to try the formuler gtv. Many are comparing it to the NVidia Shield Pro. hmmmm Gotta check it out.

If you have the ability (extra tv/lcd, 2nd iptv account, etc) I would LOVE to see a head-to-head real time comparison of the Formuler GTV or CC vs the XRS4900. Compare things like EPG scrolling speed, timeshifting and catchup ability/features, UI, etc. and showing your opinion of them both (again side by side in real time) would be an awesome watch if you ask me :)

guys this is not a review, here is why. 1. You tried to compare it with a Formuler, they are different brand and only good for tv. (( you said you are not in to TV and you said you don't know how that shit work )) if you don't know don't make videos. ** Period ** 2. You said this can be same guys as MXQ Pro, have your facts before you say that. We need solid proof open the box show the stickers same chip same info on both, just due to curves on the sides don't make it same. in the old days MX was done by a company called Matricom, and manufactured by a company called GienaTech. they taken design of AppleTV2 and made it 30% larger and thicker to make MX box which you see on hand with MXQ, now you show me which part of this is same?? 3. you said this is not even good for your son to play games on it. While being S922X chipset i don't know if you anything about chipsets. 4. you need some good editing scales and better voice over. Over all your Video is not a Review, please Correct the Title, this is not an Unbaised Review. You are a Formuler guy that don't watch LiveTV. Makes no sense. and you are telling people on the video not to buy this but you have a Affiliate link at the info section LOL
