@Gigabit Ethernet No, I noticed that @ the end of the video I ran that speed test because I noticed it says LAN instead of Gigabit @Bluetooth Yes, Everything else seems to align with a Z8 model Also @Mixing ATSC over the air with IPTV Yes, You can manually mix the two in Favorites. So - after setting up the ATSC via scan etc...Exit ATSC & set up a IPTV CONNECTION & the ATSC channels will show up as a GROUP within your IPTV portal connection. From that point - you have the option to Favorite the Channels you like from both. Currently, The “ALL” group doesn't mix them as it does with the other groups - so you have to select them as favorites to mix them yourself.
@@itsnotthathard2304 Would you say gigabit doesn’t matter because any bandwidth over 100 mbps is not going to be necessary? I have a z8 pro I bought few weeks ago that I’m returning and buying this because of the tuner.
@@sunnyshah2723 i would say Gigabit @ your location/house is most important to supply the needs of multiple devices. More is always better. But each individual device only needs around 30 mbs in my opinion for it to work. I'm pulling 90 & it works fine --That number is my estimation - I disclaimer that statement because many people might claim you only need less than that depending on your iptv provider etc.
@@itsnotthathard2304 I verified with Formuler and they said that it has gigabit ethernet. I would assume its on the Z8 Pro so it would be on this too. I just think the copywriting on this model is very sloppy. It undersells the product!
Unfotunately, It is running Android 7. Some newer apps might not run. Also, only 2Gb DDR4 ram? WTF? Why not 4GB or 6gb for a box costing about $150 US. Only 16Gb storage? Formuler, lets up the ante.
Amazing review. I've been using CC and it's working best.
I used the formuler alpha tonight and i find it just as good as the z8 and much cheaper...done a speed test on it and I got over 400mbps on it!
Great review! A few questions:
Does it have gigabit Ethernet port?
Does it support Bluetooth?

Does the tuner support dvb-t2 signal?
It doesn't advertise T2, but it should because it’s listed as DVB-T/C...JUST in case - make sure you get the DVB VERSION...not the ATSC
@@itsnotthathard2304 I know that dvb-t tuners don't support t2 but t2 supports both, just need to verify.
