How to install a Barnett Cutch Cable on the Indian Scout Bobber

As a little bit of preventative maintenance, I decided I wanted to replace the OEM clutch cable on my 2021 Indian Scout Bobber with an upgraded Barnett clutch cable. In this video I show you how easy it is to replace. After taking a few rides I can assure you the clutch level feels smoother, and takes at least 10% less effort to pull in than stock. Thanks for the video! How was the cooling after installation? I calculatet diffrent Rhombic sizes (compairable to the one you're using) and it always covers about 60% of the former airway. So I figured there is good potential for overheating or cooling loss at least? Did you notice anything?

  • @Balls-of-Steel504
    @Balls-of-Steel504 3 місяці тому

    These are designed to be used with the dust seal off & not used with the seal down because as you spin it you allow dust inside the fork. They are also best used by removing the fork & holding the cleaner & spin the fork instead. You get far better results as they are designed to allow oil flow out of the fork to carry the dust.
