Duck hunting in Newfoundland is different in many ways. The amount of birds we have is nothing compared to most places in North America.
We take every single chance we can get a bird, because that may be the only chance you get that day !
Come along with us as we decoy a big lake in hopes of getting a few ducks for some fine meals over the winter !

@@Braydencoish Unfortunately, it won’t be ready this year, haha. This product is still on our planning list and currently undergoing design and testing! We hope that when it launches, it will be a well-developed and excellent product!
There is More puddle ducks in that area then what i have seen in last 4 seasons of hunting here in Central!

@@Braydencoish yes first week of the season in the only Saltwater mudflat we have ..fellows may limit out ..but after that.. lucky see 1 or 2 black ducks or 2-3 teal after all day.

Great video Boys. Ye got few birds. At least ye don,t have to eat turkey on Thanksgiving Day. A Duck is way better then that. For me it would be. Don,t miss the birds next time around ha,ha. Should have had another one. I,m no good on the gun I would miss them all. Just had to get you going😅.

Great content. In New Brunswick the birds don't sit in the trees like that. They build forts and bunkers. They use sonar, radar, psychic powers to detect and avoid all the time no matter the weather, environment or circumstance. They will harass you daily even fly up and smack you in the head on your ATV on any date before October 1st. So I'm always in shock when you just walk down the trail and go "bird". Mmm-k. Great video. Keep it up. Also, gotta love CVT bikes, they sound like they are doing 300 mph whilst doing 3mph.
Haha the birds here are very skittish as well. I just hunt older trails that get little to no people travel so the birds tend to think they’re safe. This particular trail is literally in my backyard , I grew up in every nook and cranny of it lol ! Birds in Newfoundland really seem to trust their camo I’ve noticed compared to other places ! Stir fry looked delicious my buddy, I like a lot of meat in my stir fry too and you know I likes the grub lol. Nann breat would definitely be great , but like you said not necessary, especially if its good enough to blow your mind lol. If I was guessing someone dropped the cover lol. You can shoot from or across logging roads? I thought it was illegal for any public or private roads, paved or unpaved, abandoned or upkept. Can you direct me to that regulation? I have some great footage....uhh.... I mean my friend has some great footage he would love to use.😂 Seriously tho I have been back home for a few months and I know all the regulations from NB but would like to know where that is written for here in NL Thanks! @@DanielSturge trails are no issue at all , but roads , as long as your “ using your firearm safely “ you will not be charged. I.e : shooting straight down the road over a hill. Those laws were originally written for paved “ public “ or suburban roads. Not remote woods roads or trails. That’s the way it was explained to me by an officer !
@Braydencoish funny because an officer told me the opposite. Lol. But that was in NB. I've come to realize most officers don't know most laws. I think I'll send in an inquiry tomorrow just to be sure before I use "my friends" footage. Lol.
@DanielSturge I’m positive. It’s OK in Newfoundland, the person who told me had quite a bit of authority we will say lol. I’m 109% certain it’s legal ! Other places, such as New Brunswick I’m not sure
