Beautiful property. I can see a swimming pool in the garden. Was not able to appreciate the interior much. Just a little bit of clutter. Most definitely overpriced. But beautiful property grounds with room to expand.

I agree,- much too expensive for a country that doesn’t offer employment. All of Portugal is over priced.

I don't agree with the remarks disparaging the asking price. A detached 4-bed house in excellent condition, on a spacious plot and commanding great views is at least €200-220k, and arguably this house is far better than the basic minimum in terms of its quality and facilities. I'd expect it to attract offers reasonably close to asking price. So many people on here looking for something for nothing!

Compared to South of the UK that’s a lot of house for the money and we don’t get as much sun!

For that price there must be gold mine included that you did not mention. Please read the comments that people are writting here. The day that you sell this for this price, i will eat my phone.

the rooms are quite small, the kitchen is so small and crowded. this is not anywhere near a 265,000 property. it is more like 165,000.

Lovely outside, great views, well built etc but decor is not great. Could do with a new kitchen. You have the basics here to have a lovely house- at a lower price!

If it does not have a habitation license than that actually does mean you cannot live there. That’s what not having a habitation license means; you cannot legally live there. Stating that you can move in there despite it not having this license is false advertisement through misinformation.

If its not a legal residence I guess its impossible to insure or rent out legally - Is there any way to legalise and what would costs be to do so. Lovely property but maybe unsellable as anything other than a barn??

Gorgeous. A shame you didn't walk down the drive a bit more to the other outbuilding to pan around the land and view. Please focus on land and gardens in your videos. You give loads of detail on internals but not the outside, to us, the garden is just as important as the house.

!WHAT! - €240,000. It could be interesting, depending upon the finished renovations/improvements? To my personal way of thinking, no amout of tinzzleling up warrents this price because, it's all done to someone else's requirements or desires and it's an old house. The building is like a rabbit warren. Is the huge courtyard part of the property for sale ( I presume)? How much area of land is available? Can you garden and have animals?

I know exactly where this house is, I've walked and driven past it before. Judging by the built-in wardrobes, it looks like a 60s or 70s house that's been modernised since. Lounge is a bit pokey, and the kitchen is quite narrow, there's not enough space between each side of it. Otherwise, the asking price is reasonable, there are good views and enough outdoor space to enjoy without much garden maintenance.

There is so much work to be don within the house - it needs a full make over. Again the asking price is a little too high. Also what about the land? Is it farm land? Is it fenced or stonned off? Is there a well, borehole or pond on it?

Can you hold the camera up as you wlk. Loosing great visibility as is.

The Value is not just in the house, it's in the land as well. In fact that to me is more important because one can make a living from it. Shame we didn't get to see it.

You will be a long time selling that.
