      Agree. They hadn't even wiped the hob !

    !WHAT! - €240,000. It could be interesting, depending upon the finished renovations/improvements? To my personal way of thinking, no amout of tinzzleling up warrents this price because, it's all done to someone else's requirements or desires and it's an old house. The building is like a rabbit warren. Is the huge courtyard part of the property for sale ( I presume)? How much area of land is available? Can you garden and have animals?
