What do the pulsing red brackets on either side of the speed figure mean? They move in and out which must mean something, but there's nothing about it in the owner's manual or in any online forum I can see.

No Explorer model in the US, I have the 23 Ibex 800T no Android auto, no Apple car play, no traction control, no radar, only two modes ( rain and sport) no free accessories

There still seems to be confusion about the modes. From what I found via CFMOTO website: Offroad: TC=Lowest, F/ABS = On, R/ABS=On Offroad+: TC=Lowest, F/ABS = On, R/ABS=Off AllTerrain: TC=Off, F/ABS=Low, R/ABS=Off AllTerrain+: TC=Off, F/ABS=Off, R/ABS=Off I have this bike, will try to test on the weekend to confirm.

Does it have Android Auto or only carplay?

Mounted today the same exhaust on my 800 mt explorer, thanks for your video, this made my mind to buy one. I only went a few blocks with the new exhaust on the bike. In idle it does sound kinda the same with the original with a little more bass, but it has a bit more raw sound when you hit the gas. Maybe it's just me, but I did noticed that the engine heats faster. Also, I haven't seen any graved sn on the exhaust, so if you're pulled over they can keep you there for the exhaust not being aproved, but I'll take my chances. Keep on the good work! Btw, nice garage and boat!

Hello, I wanted to ask if anyone out there has noticed the clutter noise of the engine. Like it is a lifter/ tappet issue.

Super video Dazza and amazing bike! I bought a pipe from Aliexpress for my Honda cb750 Hornet, $120 NZ dollars including the mid pipe, gives a throatier sound and looks the part. Keep the videos coming mate!

is it a tall bike I'm 5.10 and I'm worried I'll be to short to ride adv bike as I've tried the African twin 1000 was to tall for me.. cheers

I thought it was called CFMOTO 800 MT explore ;-) This bike is suddenly a lot more interesting when you can get it in Black or Gem black as they call it..and of cause more riding modes ;-) Wait a minute..That sound..That is not stock right? That sounds really good.

This is different then only explore. On mine, the function buttons allows you to go through all the modes and you don't have to go through the full menu. Works a charm.

Just as an FYI to anyone else wondering . In my mind I thought that the rider modes "rain" (available on the Touring and Sport models) would have to have required Traction Control, but no, from reading reviews it appears it just dulled the power delivery, making the Explore the model to get if you want TC.

Hi Daz just got my Firetorch Exhaust today Its black has a carbon end tip but no heat shield. I will befitting it soon hope you watch the video . Probably be 10 days or so before it makes it on the tube. Ride safe mate

What size on your boots? Just thinking about that mod you did with the shift lever. Did you end up changing the front sprocket? I heard it made a pretty much difference for the better.

update:April 4 2024 i just came back from a one hour ride on the CF with the same exhaust, i take what i said back, the sound is amazing, i think i was confused and comparing to my other Motorcycle, After installed, i did not ride, today i just did. and i can say that it is thrilling, apologies for any confusions. it just sounds little normal when there are no temps in the can / engine, we loved it Original update Hi mate, thanks for the upload. Your video helped me have it installed. And your emotions and impressions to the sound is what also drove me to to buy. However, it does not sound like a throaty and loud, I did not even install the db killer. Yes there is a different noise coming from the exhaust. But not impressed that much
