thanks for sharing. as a welder fabricator myself, ive done some weird bits in my work place, BUT always wondered how you get a near perfect sphere shape on stuff like that. great work 👍
Wow that is cool. I like how it sort of changes as you walk around it. I used to do metal art and there are some pictures on my UA-cam channel. Good job.
Hello👋🙋♂️ there.. Amazing and very interesting project.. So well made.. Thanks for sharing Do keep posting Warm regards and best👍💯 wishes The UnknownManCub 👍😎👨🏭
great system ,, nice and simple for anyone to try, but if you had another circular frame the same and bolted the four sections together at the center you would have far better control as you would always be welding a supported section and the gaps wouldnt grow .
@@dazzasrandomstuff5672 Very modest. I've seen similar size sculptures with half the material and with a raw finish priced at three times that. Awesome piece.
@@dazzasrandomstuff5672 Thanks. Was hoping if you could give the measurements of the rings (+cuts)...your rounded square bar etc. Would live to try my hand at doing something like this if you don't mind. 😄
Love Love Love It! Thanks for the how-to and inspiration!
Watching this made my knees hurt, I have an extra table you can have!

Thanks Paul. Appreciate the positive feedback 👍🏻
More inspiration. Well done
try a 7014 rod. really easy start. doesn't like to go over slag though. 6013 is another great rod for thin metal
Es hermoso tu trabajo, ojalá pudiera hacer una similar. Gracias por compartir cómo realizar tu arte, eres muy generoso

Maybe I'm going deaf but you really need to up the volume on this !
What’s the best way to create the half circle?
Where can it be used and how many kilos???
The smal sizes lap shaded ❤👍
Awesome job!
Can I ask how much you sold it for?
Thanks Around 5k.

How to make a deer ? Teach me how
Any tips on sourcing the metal rings?
Hi Karen. You local steel sales should be able to cut them for you.
What sort of cost is involve for the treatment?
Hi John. Powder coating costs around $500-$600.
Would this jig work for horse shoes ?
Probably not great because of the gap in the horseshoe
Could you share the exact dimensions (audio is real bad). Thnx.
1.2m in diameter ..

No problem. 100mm diameter rings 45mm x 4mm thick. Jig cuts are 50mm apart. With a 3mm grinder blade. Good luck with your project.
Thanks. How navy rings were used?
lack of symmetry offends my artist eye..I've seen very similar pieces...done with better symmetry Not enough time spent on fitup
