Squats hurt your knees and lower back because your Technique is weak and in your mind you thinking legs the squat is not a leg workout it is not a knee workout

@@maddy.nourishandlift short question that deserves a long answer, and well, i wanna start buy saying that your commitment and hard work are very admirable and i am not downplaying it, or in a position to judge, u should do what makes u happy, but it is as simple as this, some ppl look better with long hair, others look better with short its abt personal preference and overall body/face type , i personally feel u were more attractive with a lil extra weight, thats all i meant lol

Calorie counting doesn’t guarantee you’ll get strong let alone lean. I teach women how to use macros because if you want get lean and strong, you’ve got to hit a protein goal 🙌
