I just moved from an converted ambulance with 400 watts, and 2 batteries, now I’m building a cabin! I need more batteries along with the supercharger. Are you still making them?

Ordered a Flex 1500 in 2021. It took about 18 months or so for us to even get the generator. Then they promised they would send an additional item to make up for the delay (a crock pot). We never received it. Then we bought extra batteries. We've used the generator (inside the house) a handful of times. It is now dead about 2.5 or so years later. Of course, it's out of warranty! Garbage! They have terrible reviews on the BBB site, BTW.

My Flex 1500 errors at "OUTPUT OVERLOAD FIX AND RESET" on one of my batteries. Less than 2 years old! Please help! It's currently useless. $4k down the drain without your aid!

The explanation for connecting the solar panels is totally incomplete. You take the female end and connect it to the male end from the last solar panel through the first then you take the 30 foot cable from the energy battery and connect it to the last and the first solar panel in order to complete the series circuit. This is not explained in the video at all. What’s the point of doing this video if you’re not gonna explain it properly

Sad, who in their right mind of a major company release a video such as this representing them? Just shows how far Inergy has fallen and falling.

This has the same problem as all other power stations, it takes 10 hours to charge from the car. I can't find any hardwire option to circumvent the 12v plug. It should be faster to charge from the car/battery/alternator than solar.

Beautiful Hardware; it would have been truly artwork to have the logos and labeling laser-scribed or engraved on to it, as opposed to KROY TAPE that can fade and peel over time.

My connectors bent within 30 seconds of getting it out of the box. :/ Trying to correct it, now one has snapped. For such a well designed unit these connections are a pretty massive fail point.

Customer service doesn't exist and after spending thousands of dollars and waiting months, sometimes well over a year for items they won't give you the respect of resolving issues or returning contact. Not the company they were 3-5 years ago and google can't even confirm they are still in business at the Idaho location.

I'm one of the original pre-orderers of the original FLEX 1500. I happen to really like it, but I had to wait a very long time to get it, and I needed to make numerous modifications to get to the point of liking it (see 5, 6 below, TRUST ME). All I can say is: (caveat emptor) 1. I think you should make sure the item is in stock before you purchase it. Better yet, make sure you've seen independent reviews of the actual item. How long did we wait for the original? Nearly 2 years as I recall, due to supply chain issues with China, with endless modified release dates, while competitors had models in stock and also upgraded their products. Current promise is that the new item will ship January 2024. That promise needs to be rugged and durable, else the company has made a tactical error. I won't get fooled here again. Great design does not always translate into great and timely manufacturing. 2. Rugged and durable? Make sure you believe that before purchasing. So many aspects of the original were not rugged and durable. I hope that they've addressed these things, especially given the current marketing message. 3. Nice to see that they improved the latches. I'll bet 100% of us who have the original found that the latches get stuck and break, sending heavy delicate batteries careening toward the ground. 4. Also, when you expand beyond the original unit and battery, the item becomes quite heavy and difficult to transport, even if the latches haven't broken. 5. Here's the solution for 2 to 4 above. TRUST ME. This solution is simple and inexpensive (<$40) and will prevent endless headaches. Get a cart with wheels and some endless ratchet straps I found the perfect cart. It is the DeVault ICD-4000 15 3/4" x 10 3/4" Cart-A-Case Beverage Dolly (500 Lb capacity). Stack all batteries on this. Then put the endless ratchet straps through the handle holes to attach it to the flex. Wrap the straps around the top, bottom, and sides of your setup, and then crank the straps so that they are snug, and so that the Inergy setup is stable. Works beautifully. Stable. No latches required. The FLEX is now easy to transport, assemble, and disassemble. Remember you heard it here first !!! (I told Inergy about this a year or two ago. Inergy really should market this stuff, or maybe even give it to the people who suffered with the original FLEX latches). 6. If you choose to charge the batteries using a wall charger, get Inergy's "quick wall charger," aptly named. The standard charger is maddeningly slow and nearly worthless. The quick charger currently costs about eighty dollars from Inergy. 7. Is there a "super charger" available with the Tactical setup? It added a lot of value to the original FLEX.

In 2023’i don’t know why anyone would buy from Inergy when Bluetti is by far and a way a better company with better more functional equipment

Using this "Rapid Charger" and the Flex system as a "UPS" means it must be constantly 'plugged in' and always charging. Correct? So is it ok to keep the FLEX 1500 system plugged in constantly? Does that affect how many times you can literally charge the "system" without battery degradation?

what about charging by solar panel , is there a system that permits a faster of larger amount of power from solar panel for charging?

I ordered my Flex 1500 system in November last year. It's now 11 months later and I'm finally getting part of my order fulfilled. The shipping notice indicated all items had been shipped but I'm missing 6 items still (including a second flex battery, cords for solar hook up, the super charger, lights, ac emp shield, and dc emp shield). I emailed the company for clarification and they responded just now saying cords and emp shields will come next week but supercharger shipment won't come until December. I haven't even used the system yet, just sharing my experience on the delays. If you order this system, expect delays up to a year or more (from other's posts) and moving targets on when to expect things. Hopefully they are able to scale up and meet demand! One thing I will commend them for through this long wait is that as a nagging customer, they offerred consolation gifts in the mail to thank me for the wait.

I bought 2 energy X2 solar generator s. Both do not work. When the first one broke down a contacted energy and they said they're going to send me a label so that I can return it. The label never came. In the meantime the second generator went out. I never used either one of them for anything more than charging a phone. Don't answer their phone they don't return emails and when I send them a message on messenger they send me back a message saying thank you for reaching out. Energy does not stand by their products I would not buy another one at least until this situation gets resolved.

Does it support battery bypass? Could it be used as a UPS? Not a deal breaker as a UPS can be used and switch to this if needed.
