After having the same studio set up for over a year of UA-cam videos I decided to have a go at changing things around. But working in such as small space, this became a bit of a challenge ! Luckily, thanks to DSLR Video Shooter for the inspiration I built up my new set from one desk !

In my last autofocus test video I found more stability in f5.6 and AF speed set between 3 / 5 that I decided to go out and spend more time looking at these settings and checking the results ! I'm pretty happy with the results, in the limited capacity of the shoot. Although the AF is still quite slow for some uses! Hope you enjoy!

With firmware update 1.6, I was keen to revisit doing some autofocus tests on the Panasonic S1 with my Sigma 50mm 1.4 Art lens. All the footage from todays video was filmed in 4K, 8bit 4.2.0 from the Panasonic S1, in either 24p or 60p. The final render took only 5 minutes to complete, which included a colour grade and time remapping/ ramping on the Broll footage and various clips re sized for the talking head segments.
