Good farm in 1.21 on Java. I added a zombie pod in 2 of the corners to speed up rates. With that setup I was getting 1 spawn every 40-45 seconds. By increasing the drop height from 10 to 20, it drops the golem far enough out of the "village" and the golems spawn every 30 seconds on the money. Equating to between 360 and 500 ingots an hour. Pretty good for a single player farm.

The pillagers take a while to get to the killing chamber which is quite annoying and some don’t even come at all

For the people wanting to do this, do it one room by one room, extend 1x3 blocks behind and place a zombie also remove the slabs inside so they can work at the table, once they see the zombie iron golem spawns.
