Sturgeon Fishing On The Fraser River - After The Landslide - Episode 1
This was my first time going sturgeon fishing to say I have been missing out over the years is an understatement. I had so much fun I already bought my own sturgeon rod and can't wait to get out again. We were on the Fraser River after the landslide had breached and the water was like chocolate milk and debris was everywhere in the river. It was floating on the top right down to the bottom and made it challenging to keep your line free. You would get false indications that you were getting bites as well, so you had to be on your toes. In this episode I catch my very first sturgeon and as you will see I am new at it and my friend Mike taught me a lot on this trip, thanks again to Mike. #sturgeonfishing #fraserriver #sturgeon

I opted to where me life vest instead of my automatic inflatable jacket, just because I don't trust the automatic one just in case I get thrown overboard. #jetboating #strykerboats #solarboats #bcextremoutdoorsman

Good stuff! Always fun to go check cams. SD cards can be a pain in the ass. Looks like your camera turns on pretty quick to grab video or pics. Some of my older cameras I have to set them aiming with the trail. If I set them from the side for a broadside pic it takes to long to get the pic and I end up with nothing or just the back end of an animal. Hopefully you get some more cool pics. Bigger motor will burn more gas, go faster so you can hit obstacles harder lolol. Unless you are having trouble going upstream and you don't appear to be, I would not upsize the motor. It will put more stress on the boat/transom and your gain will only be a few MPH faster. If you are having trouble getting rid of cash, just let me know, I can help.
