Nearly there with that job. I want to purchase a Ken’s jobs hat Ken. I bet you could see a hundred easily mate!

Dealing with this now, trying to get the line out before it breaks off, got the collar out of the way, but the pipe wont budge, and don't want to break it, tried heating it and wiggle the pipe to get them out to replace the seals on the pipe. I swear these Transits are the BIGGEST PILE OF $H!T I've ever had to work on. I hate them with a passion. Some of the worst garbage Ford has ever made, just absolute rubbish from front to back.

You make every job sound so simple. I suppose it possibly is if you know what to take apart and what you are doing.

Another nice job Ken! In the States we call that a 'heater core'.... when they leak here, its just as bad to replace/repair! LOTs of things usually have to come apart in order to get to them!

2:30 - I already thought "WTF did they use a solid pipe and not a length of hose in this design"? I note that the Ken redesign even uses real Terry Jubilee clips! :-)

Many thanks foy your help, just managed to remove the nipple with your experience and technical know how, I did exactly as you did worked a treat, only problem I had was the remaining nipple kept spinning in the rack housing so had to push and have the drill on high speed to get the tap to start 😀😀

So finaly went out on your own always found working with family can be very challenging, hope all works out but with the way things are any decent mechanic will never be out of work so you will do fine all the best on the venture, had look for your number but cant find it as i have customers down your way at times and handy to always have contacts 👍👍👍

How I'd do stuff - Number the wheel bolts 1-2-3-4-5 clockwise from the top. I'd loosen (and tighten) bolts 1-3-5-2-4.

I was told 50 years ago to always grease up all nuts and bolts as this would make it easier for the next fitter in a few years time, after watching the so called mechanics such as Ed China assemble stuff dry, it pleases me to see a like minded fitter at work.
