Well Ken back in the day use to make most of the card borad gasket from cereal boxes i've still got my leather punch set as well as the revolving leather hole punch pliers like yours ask most kids of to day to make gaskets they have no idea thank you Ken for the reminder of what i use to do and thank you for the great video.
Those old gaskets were well and truly . Been there, done that... with making new gaskets from gasket material (or cereal packets) too. What I'd normally do and you don't seem to have? is lay my old gasket on a sheet of white paper to make seeing the holes easier.
My dad showed me how to drive in an Austin champ in about 1970! Make the most of your time with your dad, I miss mine every day.

Brilliant video Ken. Watching you and your dad working together is double how my dad and I work together. It made me smile all the way through.

Great job Kens Dad let's see the Champ next please.
Hi there, I'm busy uploading a vid of dad and the Austin Champ now 👍
I enjoyed that. I have to do similar for my old Greeves scrambler. Was your dad a mechanic Ken?
