My dad showed me how to drive in an Austin champ in about 1970! Make the most of your time with your dad, I miss mine every day.

Brilliant video Ken. Watching you and your dad working together is double how my dad and I work together. It made me smile all the way through.

Those old gaskets were well and truly . Been there, done that... with making new gaskets from gasket material (or cereal packets) too.
What I'd normally do and you don't seem to have? is lay my old gasket on a sheet of white paper to make seeing the holes easier.

I enjoyed that. I have to do similar for my old Greeves scrambler. Was your dad a mechanic Ken?
