This is an amazing trick, question when the film comes out of the oven, does your film fall and get stuck to the rest of the prints? I’ve tried this in the past and my prints fall out of the oven and get stuck to each other.

What is the software you purchased to use with the machine? I’ve had horrible issues with the white trim. I’ve tried everything and they’ve tired everything and promised a new printer, but now we’re going to FlexiRip to see if there is a solution with the trim. I’m at a loss. I’ve even disputed the financing.

I went back to double check your video but you didn't mention time and temperature. Acrylic sheets will soften gradually as the temperature is increased above 210°F (99°C). At temperatures from 340°F to 380°F (171°C to 193°C), it becomes soft and pliable and can be formed into almost any shape using inexpensive molds. I know that's a wide temperature range but you may or may not be at the higher end. Looking at the Lonestar page they provide the following in the product description; IQ setting: Top 280 Bottom 320 for 45 seconds or Single Platen: 300 for 50 seconds. Like you mention though, it might just take a bit of fiddling with the time or temp, but I'd advise only changing one or the other as you dial it in.

We try to use this program but are having issues with color. It's on cmyk and all they had us put it on. When load image and save, it turns pastel in color. The vividrip colors come out tad too dark. But I like flexiprint on how white does. Any idea why our colors could be like that?

I haven’t pulled the trigger on the revel yet because of looking for research and was afraid of ordering something from China because of support..now I’m thinking of just getting 650 white toner printer instead for now and hopefully I can just grow the embroidery part of the business..decisions decisions!!

Have you tried dryer sheets for static?

We have the Ricoma Vison DTG/DTF and have nothing but problems with it cause of the humidity. We live in Ilinois, so weather varies. We have two humidifiers in the room with it and the room is closed off now and still can't get the humidity to rise where its suppose to be. They can't help us with anything until the humidity is where its suppose to be. Paying for a machine that we haven't been able to use for 2 months now....frustrating!!!

Hello Nate, I have watched all your videos and I can thank you enough for getting them posted. late last year I got me a Revel 2402T the 12 in wide. your videos helped immensely. But I have run into a problem with my printer. I was carrying on my daily routine and it started to smire big time, to the point that black ink and white ink run and mix. I have done all i know to do as far as cleaning running tests and chinking all parameters, try to contact the company ricma but they have not gotten back to me yet. my be they are just as surprised as I am, any way just since you are very technical I was wondering if you know of a problem like this, with this or brand or other brands that can shine a light on this situation. I have the vivid program and the hosonsoft, not sure if it is a setting problem or mechanical. have you herd of a problem like this from any of your friends who own the same machine?. if so I will be all ears, and oblige. grate work on your videos Nate, thanks you so much.

Your garage is as big as my entire house!😂😂😂. You’re lucky to have a big garage. I only have a one car garage and I’m planning on getting the Ricoma Revel but I don’t have enough room because I have the embroidery machine, heat press and the Epson F570 sublimation printer. Looks like I’ll be putting the DTF printer in the basement

A video about the photoshop process you described here, to fix the bad art work would be great sometime, and maybe any other programs you use in a beginning to end tutorial to create a print.
