I have the Seismo M16 which is a different design. I just use some extra powder which adds weight to override any static issues. Maybe you can add more powder to help. Also, I back feed my shaker with film (Ecofreen AWESOME) which really helps. I call it the head and it is about 7 feet long and I use it for months and months. But I am not sure if you can do that b ecause it appears that you don't have a roll to roll.

I've never had any powder residue issues on the prints. This may help with that, but can't state specifically.
I can save you all that hand feeding. I have the exact same machine. Hope you dont touch your print reaching in like that. Let me know if you want some pointers.
I’ve got it setup now where we never put our hands in the shaker. Do you have another system that allows you to not put your hands in the powder shaker?

I think the equipment is great. There was definitely a some learning to go through, but once you’ve done that and understand your print it’s smooth sailing from there.
I am having the same issue with the paper and the machine. Has those wood slats helped?
The wooden rails have completely fixed the issues I've had with film sticking to the intake tray.
