Wow yes. Had that for 3 months. Police came and instead of telling upstairs to have their shower plumbing fixed and stop showering….they ordered me to switch off the electricity because water was dripping from a ceiling lamp. Upstairs neighbours can be obnoxious rude terro rists.

They are an amazing large bird. But they are not rare . You see them all over the shore line on Lake Erie in marinas , close to shore in bays , further inland in small lakes and ponds. They stab the fish with their sharp long beaks.look funny when they fly, legs straight behind them,Their neck curled up , big long floppy wings
