My online chair yoga class runs on Tuesday 10-11am UK time. We have spaces and you can join from where you are! You'll need to get in touch to fill in an intake form and get the link to join us on Zoom. It would be lovely to see you there, we are a small welcoming group.
I also teach the 8 week Mindfulness Based Living Course as taught by the Mindfulness Association. It’s a truly fantastic course which really helps participants understand mindfulness and establish a personal practice. If you are interested in doing this online or in person please get in touch.

Simple core strength
I have created a short set of videos for my daughter to help motivate her to exercise 1 year on from spinal fusion surgery. If this is you then get the all clear from your surgeon before attempting. Good however for anyone who wants a stronger core but can't be doing with crunches!

Thanks to Leigh and all the others who attend my in person chair class for requesting a short session to practice at home. This simple practice takes just over 15 minutes, but if you were short on time you could stop the video at around 9 minutes. The practice includes settling, joint rotations, spinal movements and resting to finish. Enjoy!
