For the month of July, we celebrating my birthday, Friend! I’m starting off day 1 with yogago! I’ve had the app on my phone just looking at it but today is go time!!! Let’s see where I am in 30 days. Not trying to loose weight just trying to build great healthy habits. No time like the present. Been eating raw for the last week. Was going to start after I get this kidney stone removed, praying God and this water boarding I’m doing to myself does it without the need of surgery, but I’ve decided why wait! The extra movement might just be the ticket to send it on its way! Keep encouraging and motivating, friend! We need you out here in these healthy hot Houston streets!! 🥰🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽💜. Both my boys were in the military. I had them get me a couple of those hydration backpacks. Wasn’t even running or walking, when they gave them to me and still haven’t used them. Again, no better time like today! 😂😂😂💜

The color of your nails are pretty. I didn’t see the name of the fragrances you spoke about. I’m going to continue with my water aerobics, drinking less caffeine coffee. I’m going to add another day for water aerobics, eat better, and go places and enjoy life. Don’t forget Amazon Prime days July 16 and 17. I’ve started listening to books. I enjoyed it.
