I saw this tour in Berkeley (loved it so much I went to LA to see it a second time) and it is hands down my favorite show of all time. Been to likely a hundred shows give or take since then and I don’t think I’ll experience a moment like I did seeing this one for the first time. At the risk of sounding cheesy, I walked away a different person from seeing this show for the first time. Completely transcendental.

Sigur Rós has been my favorite band since the first time I heard them. I feel asleep to the Ágætis byrjun album for 3 years straight. It was the music of my life, and my dreams. I always tell people that Jonsi's voice is the most beautiful instrument I've ever heard, and that is still true. I feel blessed to live at the same time as this band and to have been able to see them live several times. No other music group of our generation can envoke such powerful moods and emotions, in my opinion. ❤
