Ugh! This was so helpful & so on point. The thing I find interesting about the way AQ's describe themselves though, is just people who are independent & Love their space. But no one talks about this retreat, aloof, detached thing they tend to do, especially if they're in their heads is pretty toxic. I mean let's be honest. Every sign has their negative traits. Being independent & loving your space isnt toxic. Many of us need to learn that but the level of disconnection an AQ can have often isnt even heathy for them. We should call it what it too often is. I think this behavior is one that the AQ is meant to overcome cos it has a lot to do with them holding things in their heads instead of letting their hearts feel it. Whew.
