What if your first heart break was when you were young? I.E. your dad not wanting you or witnessing your mom being violently abused? Being tortured by your stepdad from the age of five, like telling us he is going to kill us and our mom? (Mom tried to leave and go to shelters with me and my brother but he always found us.) He would threaten to kill my mamaw, my aunt, and us and make her watch! Pure evil! Watched him put a loaded gun in my mom’s mouth with the hammer pulled back and I just knew we were all gonna die that day! 🤦🏻♀️
