Hello and welcome! I'm Elise, an Australian girl that grew up in Brisbane and now living in (and loving!) Melbourne with my husband and sweet Doberman pup Ruben. My passion for fashion often sees me curating the perfect outfit that I feel both comfortable and confident in, and accumulating a wardrobe full of pieces I adore. I have an affinity for Australian designer clothing and chose what interests me rather than trends, which I find makes for timeless wardrobe.
I share the random goings-on of my life in pursuit of helping anyone else going through the same thing. That's turned out to be a bit of fashion, style, and... can I be as vague and say 'lifestyle' here? hehe. I have the privilege to work in the clinical trial industry and play a part in helping new medicines and therapies reach market, but UA-cam is also my passion and creative outlet.

thoughts on the EzyDog Luca slip lead
Hi everyone it's Elise. I discovered the EzyDog Luca rope leash recently after seeing a fellow doggo owner on Instagram using it for walking her dog and decided to give it a try! I give a run down on its features and where it really excels. Sharing in the hopes that it can help someone else out that might be training their dog to walk nicely on the lead (loose lead walking).
Not sponsored at all etc. it just impressed me with its features and thought it was worth a share.

Hi creatures! In this video I share how I am levelling up my wardrobe lately in 3 ways. This has saved me a few $$ over my purchases on top of already being good value! Love that for me, thanks Julia! I am not paid or sponsored in any way to endo...

It's wedding season! I try on 8 different outfits I'm thinking about wearing as a guest for my friend Elise's wedding next month in October. Not only is it Spring but the wedding is in Brisbane so it will be toasty and need to keep that in mind alongside the suggested dress code. My gorgeous friend Elise (hi Elise!!) the bride can choose her favourite outfit in this line up if she wants also :)...
Never buying running shoes online again
Переглядів 200Рік тому
My ~confusing~ experience of running shoes that I bought online leading me to why I won’t be buying running shoes again. I will say that the purple/green shoes I got from Kicks Crew did FEEL different from the get-go - more stiff and one makes a kind of squelching noise, but I put that down to being brand new and I had forgotten what my original pink ones (Nike Epic React flyknit 2*) felt like ...

having surgery for a cat bite

I presented to the hospital Emergency Department approximately 40 hours after having been bitten by my cat on the hand after being assessed by my regular doctor and referred there. I vlogged my experience in the hopes it helps anyone else know what to expect, as I was very mentally underprepared for what was about to happen. Cat bites are considered very seriously as they deliver bacteria deep ...

a little health update

Hi guys! Hormonal birth control pills can cause high blood pressure in some users. Here is an up...

Oh yes, the property manager would have known the VCAT process; you just cornered them and exposed their lies, so they didn't want to stick their necks out. Props to you for pushing through and getting the result that is fair and just. I am currently dealing with a tenant to tenant dispute, which is vastly different as VCAT won't be able to assist us. If anyone has any experience, please get in contact!
This is bloody bullshit
i wish i could try this but im too scared too- and how much did it hurt?
I don't do the Amway business I do another MLM business but my respect to Amway...they are great products. But why do you see as you should buy? Why don't you sell the product you bought?..miss you should sell..there is people outside waiting for to offer your product so..I would recommend: buy the 400$ and use some of the products and the others sell them or you could buy 200$ in product at the beginning of the month and the product you sold you should buy it again... that's is how any business is built. Thanks for the video by the way
Your dog adores you
You certainly dodged a bullet
So pretty
In 2016 i was approached by a couple pretending to be genuinely interested in me but they soonbstarted doung these exact same tactics. I remember going to see the local leader at avmeeting and he anf his wife were very judgemental towards me. I was never qualified according to the local leader.
I wish we could hear the other side of the story.
Am I really supposed to listen to someone who hasn't even attempted to follow the guidelines and build a business? It seems like you just want to get rich quick without putting in the time and effort.
Had one off these fitted this morning, have to go back tomorrow, so fingers crossed 🤞 everything will be ok 🙏🙏🙏
Very good video.
"Scared the duck away" sounds so British.
Every business model you look at, even your job has a hierarchy shape like a pyramid no matter what it is. Doesn't make it illegal unless there is no products or services being exchanged to customers. So if youre looking at this thinking it is a pyramid scheme, you're unintelligent, i dont care what you do or what degree you have, you are ignorant as hell and will be broke your hole life listening to broke minded people cause if this is a pyramid scheme than everything is, even your own job that has a cap on the income they will pay you. Move to China and find out real quick. Don't get it twisted, I have never been in the Amway business, but I've met plenty of Amway distributors, and none of them spend that much. Also, how are you gonna sell a product if you dont experience the results for yourself, doesnt matter what you sell. After that they transition that product to customers and they don't have to buy any products if they have sales generating through their individual business through Amway, and if they have the product on hand they can sell that too. This video is a lie, sham, and misconception about that business model. Secondly the business owners get paid by Amway to use their own product and they get a retail profit for everything they sell immediately on top of that they have some of the best stuff you can buy in terms of healthy living. In other words, there is an exchange of products and services. Customers go through their website and order product which come straight to their door step just like Amazon. I personally love the products myself. I have a snap-onn tool truck business and we use the same model, except I had to go thousands in debt to buy my truck and tools than re-sell it. If I had the option today, I'd start my own Amway business.
I love you❤

Dreams Big Every day is a million dreams times success thankyou so much ❤️
How is Amway still in business???? Shit scam company.....
I've looked at the products on Amway and I can't imagine spending more than $50/month on product and that is being generous. I don't wear makeup either so maybe women would do better at this? But another way to think about this is how many $50 bottles of shampoo do I need to market and sell to earn $50,000 a year. Suppose you make 1% of each sale on average. I would need my downline to purchase 100,000 bottles (of really any product) in that year (or 8,333 bottles every month). It will take a lot of work and time to build that much downline. Sure some people you can get to buy $100 a month or even $200 a month but the average person downline will only be able to afford about $50 per month. So now you have to work a full-time job and then spend another 40-80 hours a week on training, marketing, sales, recruiting, and going to meetings. As a man, I can tell you there is nothing on their product line that I would buy every month and at most likely once a year I might buy an energy drink. Other than that, 1 bottle of shampoo, and maybe 3-4 bottles of cleaning supplies. And that's about it. That's only 6 bottles a year (or $25/mo). The only other think I can think of that I would buy as an older person would be vitamin supplements. So maybe a variety of 6 of those for a year. That would bring it up to 12 bottles total for a year (or $50/mo). So each person downline might bring in 25PV each month. So you need at least 3 people below you in order to even get money back. So I can see for the first 2-3 years, all you are going to benefit is the membership pricing (which is already pretty steep). And anyone in business advising would say you should expect a loss the first year but you should be making profits in years after the first. So, unless you are a very aggressive seller, you will fail at this first advice. And if you are quite so aggressive as a seller, you would likely do much, much better in another business. My advice would be not to join this group unless you feel like you would like the products and feel that the prices are acceptable as is. With the understanding that any profitable business that you should build would many years to accomplish. Otherwise, it does seem like they have really good training program and motivational skills training that would benefit a young person. So as a young person, I would only use this for the training opportunity if you are interested in a field within sales and marketing. As an older person, I would not join unless the prices and products look appealing to me and have no desires for building a business AND I would make sure it did not interfere with my regular job or personal relationships.
Hi, I just watched your video and I am on the same boat, I just got into the failed it’s been Less than 1 year that I am in this business and a conference coming up in the next two months but I just start doubting it, if it’s actually true. Please someone who has experience help me here thanks.
I'm watching this bc I got a very hard aggressive affection bite from a well acquainted stray. I have one puncture on my left index. Washed & rinsed it thoroughly as soon as it happened. It bled for a few mins then I forgot abt it. Until 4 hours ago when the swelling suddenly blew up. Now it's rapidly spreading up my index finger & down my hand. I'm very worried & afraid of going to the ER bc of the medical charges. Should I go to ER?
Great news that you were able to get your bond back. I've stumbled upon your video in search of information as I am now dealing with my very first bond claim scenario. REA gave me a clean exit report, but landlord wants to claim all of my bond for an oven that was not properly cleaned, a set of curtains left wrinkled and a dishwasher that hasn't been cleaned (which I never used in my time there as it was rust affected which I notified REA about). Do you have any tips on preparing evidence against these points? It's incredibly difficult getting through to any oh the help or advice services. Any tidbit will be appreciated if you can spare the time.
I never liked Robert Kiyosaki. He seems manipulative, immature and full of crap when he speaks in interviews. It doesn't surprise me that a pyramid scheme cult would use his books.
Walaupun banyak rumor negatif, tapi kalangan platinum 85% di isi orang china
Kesimpulanya apakah bisnis ini bagus untuk jangka panjang ?
Great video. I got my first zoom meeting and the name of the brand and products were only named after like 30 minutes of chatring about succes careers and millionairesincomes... I personally check every day to see if the sun is coming out from the east so this had a funny smell from the beginning. Thanks for sharing.
Find 10 million people to give you a £1000 then work out what the big bosses get
Really Love you content! Collab be interested?😉
Awwww baby snout beep the nose
I'm guessing you are no longer in this.
Yeah I will stick to my job.
I cant deal with the scratching noise on the paper 😢
You have to trust that your downline will be super motivated to build up their own downline, all while buying overpriced Amway products. The vast majority of people will quit quickly after they realize that they don't like reaching out to people they hardly know or don't know at all to try to rope them into it, too. Sounds really frustrating and stressful.
I just got registered to Amwy global yesterday for 180 $ of shopping products from their franchise .They said now it would be my franchise and I will start getting profit on my shopping's soon from my franchise .I don't know what to do ?who to believe who to not 😢.I am just reading all the comment and thinking I made a mistake perhaps .
How is it going?
The how is easy if you know your strong Why, why do you start amway business.
You’re part of the plan by the people who sponsor you, then you try to do the same with what you learned
Instead of spending $400 on worthless goods. Invest that money into futures. I’d argue the average person doesn’t need more than $100 a month on cleaning and laundry supplies. That doesn’t even cover your annual fee. Why keep lying to yourself? This is a scam
Thank you so much for your review and demonstration. My Labradoodle is a ground kite 😅, and Ive just purchased this exact slip lead to help with his pulling. In nose loop mode, does it prevent the dog from opening its mouth to pant at all?
A ground kite hehe, love the term. That can’t be fun being pulled along though 🥲 Yes I found the angle of the nose loop is such that the part under the chin is far back enough that they can still open their mouth to pant, drink, pick up and carry a ball etc. etc. I wouldn’t feel right to use something that doesn’t allow full panting ability. I hope this helps with your pup!
Hey! Are you single?
No, I am happily married 😊
Listen. Aside from the recruiting, I really like their products because I do a lot of washing clothes and dishing and my skin was suffering but with their products I did not experience any skin problems and I managed to tackle my chores very comfortably.. I wish they could focus more on that
This video is from someone "who almost joined Amway." It's. like taking advice on being a dentist from someone who is a school teacher but they happened to visit the dentist. Their view will have some truths but be overall inaccurate. Here is some perspective on how the compensation plan actually works: The differential bonus is correct and it is a simple model. I don't know anyone who just spends $800 a month randomly on products. People take whatever their budget is that they are ALREADY spending with similar products and buy it from themselves instead of a competitor. We don't spend extra money that we don't have and if someone told you to too that, it's wrong. It's money we were going to spend anyway with other companies that we just redirect to support our own business instead of Walmart. Secondly, the points can be generated all through sales and zero personal use. I know people that make a six figure income (it is far from passive income) but just through selling Amway's agricultural products. Finally, Amway now comps the cost to get started. As someone who owns a traditional business, I don't know anywhere where I could start a company for $0 dollars. Here is why Amway gets a bad rap: people don't treat it like a real business. They treat it like a hobby. Any real business would be way more overhead and take years to become profitable. Not to mention, there are ENORMOUS tax benefits... Not all income is created equal. An even in this example of generating 5k a month, compare that to investment income. I would have to have 1.2million in a portfolio at 5% to create the same level of return. Plus, the income with Amway is able to be willed three generations estate tax free. I digress, but just wanted to show the otherwise of the coin.
Thank you so much for sharing this, I am in the same boat right now and just started researching and saw your video. This is really helpful. I knew this is MLM but they kept saying it's not :D and their vetting process is so long, but Im glad it was a long process that gives me time to think about and research like this. Im at the stage where they want me to read a book mine was Compound Effect. my last call was learning that this is all about Amway but the focused more on the business side of it than the product and we did not talk about money.. that will be our next call. Just wasted my time. Too bad, the person that mentioned this business to me seems nice. So this is really just about how you can bait people. So glad for this video. Thank you
I'm thankful for this video too before I got in deep. I naively got recruited, read the same book, got asked to listen to a few podcasts and be apart of a weird conference session with a strict dress code of business smart attire with House Music.. Everything was super vague to start with.. but when my 'mentors' said it's they are working for Amway I've been researching the brand and it's processes.. it's clear I've gotta leave. I thought I made a friend
So you just listened to some random person on UA-cam, who hasn't even tried to build a business.

It’s almost as bad as this: Say you want to make $100.00 every day. So you devise this “money for nothing” scam. Ok, go up to some random person and ask, “Pssst… want to make $100.00 a day? Here’s how you do it, but first pay me $10.00. (person hands him the ten bucks)…. Choose ten people a day. Ask them if they want to make $100.00 a day. After the tenth person has given you their ten bucks, you’ll have $100.00!” Ok, Amway’s maybe not that egregious, they do actually make a great tooth paste, but it does illustrate that the way you make money is to sell the tips and secrets (plus all their “self improvement”, “time management” etc bs) of how to make money. Oh yeah their toilet paper and energy drinks are top-tier as well.
So in other words, its a scam.😂
Amway feeds off of it's distributors .
