If you get a mid drive you need to be able to fix things like your chain will snap. I used to have to buy new cassettes and chain every month and brake pads so I got i.g.h and made the chain line perfect and I got a one link chain because I didn't want a chain tensioner and it's been really good . I would still have all original stuff but people would mess with my bike when it was locked up. They fryed my 600 dollar controller and they over heated my core and that was 200 buck and then they tried to fry my b.m.s buy putting to much voltage through the b.m.s MOSFETs but I fixed it or battery would of blew up when I would of charged it other wise it would have all the original stuff even the nylon gear. To bad for losers

Hello ! Tanks for the video. There isn’t much on this specific bag on UA-cam. It is a 36L not a 26L. And please try the bag before posting a review. Yours doesn’t even have the tags of. For you and others. My return on this bag after a couple month of use : PROS : - 680g the pack. Extremely lite considering the features. - The full opening access in hotels makes it a breeze to load unload. -The bag is thin on the back. It never exceeds my body width. Making it easy to cross tight spaces such as metro stations or woods. - the water storage compartment even if not padded can hold a 14inch computer. The bottom is lifted from the ground. - depending on how it is filled, it can stand up on its own. - Quite small footprint, can be used as a daypack. Fits in overhead compartment. CONS : - I do not recommend using this bag in the rain. As water tends to penetrate quicker than other thicker materials (It dries quicker). - The bag is small on my back. I’m 188cm. So the hip straps don’t feel well positioned on me. They work on my girlfriend though, but the shoulder straps hurt her a bit on the sides of her breasts. - No load lifters on the straps, the packs can pull back when loaded. Specially because it is thin but thick ! (So pulls back a little more) - missing one quick access pocket that is not easily reachable for pick pockets. Maybe on top of? Or on the side ? I don’t use the existing one in front because of ease of steeling things in it. - The front pocket hook does not compress or close safely the pocket unless the bag is fully loaded. For me it can carry up to 10 kilogramms. More and it looses it confort for longer periods of time. It has some great uses ! I even considered it for some long time travel. But as always no bags are perfect 👌

When that happens to your chargers fan. Take the fan out. Remove the sticker and put a small amount of WD40 on the metal bushing and spin it. If you can plug the fan into the board and plug it into the wall holding the wd40 up so it goes in as it spins. I've done this to the 3d printer fans for years to keep them alive.

Nice review. I wanted to see what has changed in the bag since the previous version. It looks like they made two improvements. The front pocket went from a vertical zipper to a horizontal one and the admin pocket looks to be much deeper. One downgrade is that is appears as though they combined the hydration sleeve and laptop sleeve. They were separate in the previous iteration. Not sure if the straps have been fixed but as someone with broader shoulders, I found it difficult to take it on and off and relegated the pack to my kids who it is perfect for. That's why I'm here...wanted to see what the changes were before pulling the trigger on one for the youngest. Thanks!

Undoubtedly pulling the trigger on this Kona Sutra 56 cm with tubus fr rack paired with a tiagra/GRX groupset in a few weeks and might even get the CO-OP cycles ADV 1.1 both on sale, I can't fcken wait. Enjoy your rides cheers

Thanks, I don't mind not having the hook for water bag. I just hope it's big enough to put my stuff in I'm 6'3 and my jeans are so big even rolled. I would prolly use this as a work bag for my laptop, like a commuter bag

bullshit. lol. the entire interior is accounted for when they measure it and label it 24L you can not fit 27L in it.

Thats not really the true speed of the ebike going down a hill. Going up the hill it sounded like you were struggling along with this ebike. Not to smart doing 47mph down hill on a bike in traffic with no helmet. Geezzz idiot.

I mounted my battery on my rack like on your bike on the back wheel. I got a 48 volt battery this thing is awesome charges up depends on where how I use it 3 to 4 hours is charged

I have a battery 1680 Watts.

Had the same speed when I first got it. and I weighed about 180 lbs at that time. For me, it's the best investment I've purchased. Great for commuting to and from work. I'm going on my second year owning it and I have about 3600 miles on it already and still going strong.

Top speed on a downhill...with my budget 29 inch wheel 750 w peak, rear geared hub , have seen often 45m>h ! so i believe you should all make test on flat str8 roads !

Nice review. I just picked up the 2023 version and I’m really pleased. I share many of your observations. This bike is a great companion. It rides well naked, with lightweight bikepacking bags or fully loaded touring. It just has a nice unfussy ride quality. I’m running a Wizard Works Shazam Mini up front. Perfect for loading some food, snacks and spares so I can head out for the day. I’m never in a hurry to get home. The ‘long sweet ride’ philosophy holds true.

How much does the admin panel eat into the overall bag capacity? IE - any estimate as to how much can be held in the main space?

I put a Vittoria Terreno mix (very small nobs) 29x2.0 on the rear and while it fits- it had like only 1mm of space from the tubes where the fenders mount- chain stay was maybe 2-3mm. I don’t understand how people can fit a 2.1…. I ended up checking to a 700x47 in the rear to be safe

It is irresponsible riding like this that is going to ruin one of the few freedoms we have left. This is a prime example of why drivers have a bad attitude towards cyclists & while I am all for having fun & hitting speeds on your bike, doing it in a manner that puts others as well as yourself at risk is the reason local Governments have started cracking down on E Bike rules. Already a woman killed by a 12 year old E Biker has successfully moved the community to petition the local Council to ban E Bikes. Other communities are drafting licencing & new regs.for E Bikes. How about setting a GOOD example by encouraging new riders to ride safely?
