Our Canik Rival/ Mete/ TTI Grip Control is compatible with the Canik Mete MC9 BUT there will some spacing between the firearm and the Grip Control, so we would need to design a Grip Control specifically for the MC9. You can try it out and if it does not work for you, we will support you 100%.

@@BlackSteelUSA That installation method would not have worked as shown in the video either. I see in the video that the stock takedown lever as well as the Grip Control Take Down lever can be removed/installed without removing the metal part of the locking block from the bottom, plastic portion of the locking block. My S&W M&P Metal Carry Comp has a different lower plastic portion on the locking block which completely retains the takedown lever. The plastic portion of the locking block on my version covers about 270 degrees of rotation on the takedown lever and the flats on the lever's "rim" never clear the plastic portion no matter what position it is in. The metal part of the locking black had to be almost completely removed from the bottom portion before the lever would slide into the block. The metal portion of the block could then be slid into the plastic portion. Once reassembled the entire block can be placed into the frame, but the anti-rotation tab on the lever doesn't clear the frame. This is the part where I got a small scratch on the frame where the lever anti- rotation tab made contact while getting the block back into the frame.

Since the Grip Control replaces the take down level, you should have no issue there what-so-ever. It uses the same slide release travel as the original.

On the steel, you will see a little tab with a screw in it that sits in front of the take down. All you have to do is remove the screw and pop the tab out (sometimes the tab is stuck), give it a little persuasion and it'll pop out.
