@@daisypoojo100 Unfortunately I don't think there is a way to mod the PS5 for this, but if there is I don't know how. There is a building rule of a support pillar for every other floor piece, both horizontal and vertical pillars work. So while it won't work exactly like this PC video recording, which utilized a mod called "No Pillars", it would be possible to do the layout by laying out a second floor frame in horizontal pillars.

Roof pieces in the building hammer change shape depending on what it's being build onto. For the triangle or pyramid shape use your building hammer, go to the second row of roof pieces, it's the first box called "wooden roof".

As far as I know that quest was temporarily removed due to it being bugged. I'm not seeing any information that it's been re-added back in yet, but I'll update this comment section if I do find anything about it.

I'm unsure of the controls for Xbox, I only have the game on PC but I would guess that if it follows the same formula getting rid of a plot is the same as how it was dug up Equip the digging fork, select the size and click on the space of the plot you want to get rid of. If anyone else with an Xbox copy comes across this comment, please help!

Unfortunately most cooked items don't have any profit at all. When they're in the inventory you can hover over the item and 0.00 will come up as it's sale amount. I haven't found much of a benefit to cooking unless you're consuming the items for buffs or keeping energy sustained. I've only leveled up cooking just to get the most out of the game, but often the raw produce itself sells for more profit. The food crafting stuff can make money, but it's not a lot.

@@spencerbiegun3293 the adzuki bean seeds can be purchased from the Sunnyside app in spring/summer. They take about 2 weeks and can be planted/harvested during the spring and summer.

Goji berries are located in a gathering spot near a farm above the bait shop. To access that farm you have to clear cave level 4 (the ice caves). There will be an elevator after the boss that ports you to the farm. Until then the access is blocked off by bamboo. The peanut butter and jelly sandwich is made on the cutting board. 2 slices of bread, a serving of peanut butter and a serving of any jam. Peanut butter can be made by cooking with 5 peanuts and 1 salt in the food processor. Jam is done through cooking fruits, sugar and salt on a stove top, then canned with the canning machine. Jam can also be bought in at the mill when it appears in rotation.

Extra slots are added to your appliances, cutting board and pan by skill level. I believe it's level 4 and 12 which you can access through the skill tree.

I can see why people would want that feature, there's so many interesting characters available, difficult to pick just one!

Hmm, I might not be very good at evaluating for this. I played the demo the day before I started the early access version, they seemed the same to me as far as the animation goes. It's fairly smooth for me, but they remind me of how old cartoons were drawn. In this video there is a mix of demo and early access footage, a good way to tell the difference is when the character has wings, it's new footage. When there are no wings it's demo footage. Maybe it will help you spot what you're looking for. I wish I could be of more help answering your question.

​@@MissMaserati I see. I asked because, in the demo, I played for less than two hours, and I felt it was quite poorly polished. It wasn’t just the animation, but also some of the textures that seemed off. I thought, ‘Maybe it’s better to wait for the Early Access,’ because it was clear it was an early build, if that makes sense. But if you’ve played it a lot and didn’t feel that way, and it was smooth, maybe they’ve fixed some things since then

All lights, appliances, water pump and vehicles will automatically connect to the electricity as long as you have a battery that has some energy stored. There's already a battery at your starter farm, but to utilize it you'll need solar panels or wind turbines, both of which are unlocked through the building/crafting menu in the skill tree. You can get solar panels at level 8 by taking carnelian to the skill tree. Once built they'll start recharging the battery that supplies power to everything on the farm. You can also built additional batteries by buying the blueprints from Phillip after skill tree level 14.

Hopefully the porting team can push out the updates soon to all the console players! I know that for PC the updates we have gotten already made considerable differences in performance and QOL. It was worth suffering through the bugs, but I was lucky to only have a handful of crashes, nothing truly game breaking. I have faith that Rainy Games will come through for all the console players.

SunnySide definitely will take up some hours before understanding the full span of details that developers programmed into the game, many of which aren't immediately apparent. When making these videos I keep in mind all the questions I had, mechanics I had to ask questions about or research and the questions others ask in hopes that the information ends up being useful. I'm a couple hundred hours into playing by now, there's a lot to appreciate in this farming sim variation and I hope you will enjoy it when you are able to get around to it. You'll also get to experience all the great updates that make the game that much better. Best of luck on your final semester!

@@gothicvampire8420 the shrine unlocks along with Sparky's questline. Visiting the caves for the first time you'll get an extended cutscene introducing the robot, it ends with him shutting down and your character dropping it off at Hiro's tech shop. It takes 3 in game days for it to be repaired, you'll get a text from Hiro to come pick it up. Once you have Sparky go back to the caves and enter the level which has been unlocked at the very back of the cave entrance. You'll get another cutscene and the next step is to visit Kaida at the shrine. She'll explain the battle mechanic through this along with unlocking the shrine's skill tree.

@@crystaderington the 1 of 4 laptops on the to do list has to do with expansion farms located across the map. In year 2 you'll be sent a text from the town hall about buying more farms, each farm has a garden shed and workbench like your starter farm has. To complete the workbench and global cache access you'll need a laptop for each of the 3 extra farms. If you're still early on in the game don't worry about getting that one done. It will just sit in the to do list but it's not a quest requisite that you must finish or anything.

All the tofu is crafted through the cheese kettle machine with soybeans and gypsum. It's likely if you're in second week you haven't unlocked that far along in the food crafting skills. If you're trying to get that quest for Gabe out of the way you can also buy tofu from the grocery store and send it via the post office to complete the quest.

Unfortunately that update today caused some havoc for me, most of my food crafting machines have reverted back to their original recipes but it's an excuse to start yet another save. I will eventually be making a video about the relationship stories, found a mod to help me out so that I'm able to start relationships with any of the characters and so far it's working well. What I can say about romancing so far is that it's based on the gender expression chosen during the character creation, when we filled out the Squirrel IM social profile. The characters which can be romanced have a range and if you fall into their scale they'll date you. To start dating we have to select the "Confess" option when it comes available, if you have a high enough friendship level with them they'll say "yes" or sometimes decline dating if they feel they don't know you well enough. If they're out of the gender expression range they'll tell you that they don't think of you in that way. Sometimes those characters which are interested in you will ask you out, I've had Hideyo do it to me 3 saves in a row. Activities to raise friendship levels includes talking to them daily, completing hangouts and giving them gifts. You can also ask them if they need anything, which often prompts a new quest for the item they want, which can be sent through the post office. To see your friendship status with characters go to the Squirrel IM, then look for the contact phone book at the bottom, the NPCs will show icons of an acorn tree in it's growth stages to indicate how well you know each one of them. A green acorn for brand new, a brown acorn for just developing, sprouting, sapling, tree, ect. For people who are romantically interested in you it will show one or more butterflies. Hopefully this can help get you started in romancing, if you're interested in the mod that makes everyone available you can find it at Nexus Mods but that's a use at your own risk kind of thing. I haven't had any trouble with it regarding my saves, but I'm not a coder so I don't know what it's capable of changing in the game script.

@MissMaserati Thanks, so even at friends (acorn or tree) I will see butterflies on Squirrel if I fit thier gender expression wants?

​@@theoriginalanimeker Yes, although from my experience the butterflies usually only show up on a 3 or so of the squirrel IM contacts when there's more NPCs that will still agree to dating. So even if you only have 1 or 2 profiles with butterflies it doesn't mean those are your only options. On the official discord there's a table spreadsheet where people have been trying to decode the character preferences and ranges. Each number on the gender scale falls within a range of preference for the characters, there are multipliers on some. So it explains why I get asked out by Hideyo so much, there's a 3x multiplier on the gender number I selected. Chances are your number falls in a range for at least 7 or 8 options but it just make take some longer than others to show interest through butterflies.
