As a lab owner upgraded to new HLPC-MS/MS to drill down from PPM to PPB $500K. Increase sensitivity discovering minuscule amounts of contaminants. TMZ airborne particles, surface adhesion to machinery, resulting contaminates to other products. Iga's case: The precursory estimate on data of the concentration of TMZ is .00005 Parts Per Million. This would be equivalent to putting two eyedrops of red wine in an Olympic pool. (660,000 gallons) Does anybody think this would turn the water red? Does anybody think the amount would have any physiological benefits to Iga? Did her hair test positive? No. Did ITIA make contact with the manufacture? No. Does the manufacture of the melatonin produce TMZ? Yes. The redemption for Iga will be AI exonerating her in two years. Mark my words, the only person in this fiasco without egg on their face will be Iga
I enjoyed your summary, thank you! I am looking forward to the ATP version soon
Excellent, showing your in-depth study of the case work documents and the official codes - I wish all commentators took as much trouble From my point of view, the main issue thrown up by both the Swiatek and the Sinner cases is that there should be a clear distinction in the consequences when involuntary contamination is proven, and the quantity of the banned substance shows clearly that it did not give the athlete a competitive advantage. The antidoping authorities should concentrate their efforst on combatting actual doping, and not in persecuting athletes who they accept are innocent of doping. Being suspended in these cases is way too heavy a sanction, in my view, relative to the amount of "negligence". Perhaps involuntary contamination could be "punished" by more frequent testing for a period of time, or something similar. Otherwise, as Daniil Medvedev said in a recent interview, all tennis players should be very afraid, their career, reputation and livelyhood can go up in smoke in an instant for something they could not know or avoid, like consuming contaminated food or medicine , or through skin to skin contamination in some cases.
Great video!

There is no way Sinner could have done anything to know about the event. Wada has no right to tell his phisio how to treat or how not to treat his injury. Sinner's physio has all the right to decide how to treat his own injury and he has the right to.maintain confidentiality about his injury. Wada are not doing what they are paid for, which is find real dopers. Wada lost their credibility on numerous occasions and are making a fool of themselves. Wada should be shut down once and for all.
*Wada and the secret truth: ‘Sinner, doping excluded. The appeal will not be there’* A super expert from the agency's laboratories speaks on condition of anonymity: ‘The amount of Clostebol? A teaspoon of coffee dissolved in a Olympic swimming pool’. 12 September 2024 ‘That's why in the end Wada, the World Anti-Doping Agency, will not appeal against Sinner but will limit itself to acquiring as much documentation as possible to ensure that the case of the Italian champion does not open the way for those who really do dope with testosterones’. The hypothesis of a happy ending for Jannik is not just anyone but a super expert from the Wada's own network of anti-doping laboratories, who asks for anonymity before speaking. To understand how things stand, one must start with the amount of the testosterone Clostebol found in the world's number 1 tennis player: ‘50 picograms per millilitre of blood. One picogram is equivalent to one thousandth of a billion grams, so we are talking about the tip of a teaspoon of coffee dissolved in an Olympic swimming pool'. Infinitesimal quantities that can't dope anyone. But why does Wada consider them doping anyway? To find out who had used these anabolic agents long before, perhaps competing in countries where there are few or no doping controls. On the other hand, in the case of Sinner, who played at a fast pace in many international tournaments, it is unlikely that there were no tests in the two months preceding the discovery of this contamination with Clostebol,' our expert explains. Crediting the version provided from the outset by Sinner about the absorption of the substance through the gloveless hands of his masseur, who had used the ointment to heal the wound on one of his fingers, as documented by the pictures of the bandage at the Indian Wells tournament. Moreover, a similar case occurred not long ago with a judoka who tested positive for Clostebol after touching with his hands the tatami where his coach had placed his foot after passing the incriminated cream to facilitate the healing of a wound. ‘A study carried out in 2000,’ explains our deep throat, ‘showed that it was enough to have shaken a hand on which a small amount of Clostebol-containing ointment had been smeared for you to test positive for doping for three days’. It remains to be seen, then, why Wada has not dropped the bone by asking Sinner and his team for additional documentation. ‘In order to circumscribe the case as much as possible, so that in the loophole of Sinner's non-guilt, athletes from countries where few checks are carried out cannot slip in.’ Between 2019 and 2023, however, 38 Italian athletes tested positive for Clostebol. Of these, 13 were cleared of the charges, including Sinner and four other tennis players. At one time, the substance was mainly administered to athletes from the GDR, but sometimes also to those on this side of the old curtain. It remains to be understood why now half of the cases come from Italy, which perhaps not by chance is together with some Latin American countries the only one where the substance, in ointment or spray form, can be bought in pharmacies without a prescription. Be that as it may, among the three experts appointed by Wada to settle the matter, the one considered most expert of all, Emeritus Professor David Cowan of King's College in London, has already expressed his opposition to the appeal, arguing the thesis of unintentional transdermal contamination and reiterating that the quantities taken could not have influenced Sinner's performance in any way. That with good grace of his detractors he should remain on the roof of the racquet world for a long time to come.
Love listening to you. The information you share is awesome
I appreciate that, thank you!
NO
I'd appeal for return of points and prize money if the decision was successfully appealed; as it was.
grazie per divulgare la verità dei fatti.
Well, they hide it for 6 months 😢
they hide the process and it is written in the rules that they will publish only the results so it is all correct. People now are caliming that he is doped, think what cuold happen if it went viral before the sentence. You are innocent until proven guilty. If I had been Sinner I would have already sued half the people in the circus (and lot's of comment online)
The investigation is always kept quiet until a ruling is made. That's the same rule for everybody. The reason Halep's came out is because she couldn't identify the source so she was banned and that became obvious to everyone. Sinner's ban was lifted before anybody noticed because he could identify the source immediately. By the way, the ATP had nothing to do with this. It doesn't handle doping allegations, so don't try to say they were covering it up. They didn't know about it.
A ban would have been in order. Ultimately athletes are responsible for what goes into their system. It's not unfair to conclude that Sinner's doping. All bad for tennis's credibility!! Zero tolerance must be maintained.
As an athlete you are responsible of what gets into your body. Same with your whole team surrounding you. I wonder what the consequences, reports would be like if the very same amount and the very same steroid was found in Novak´s, Danil´s or Andy´s body. He picked with Naldi someone who already doped basketball players what led to bans for the teams in Italy. It is very obvious he started to become more dominant at some point and had more "power". He cheated and should be banned for 2 years as Nick Kirgious rightfully said. Sinner has lost all respect among true sportsmanship celebrating fans and also players on the tour. Novak said it diplomatically but all others I heard where more like "only Yannik and his team know the truth and what happened". Also totally understandable how other lower ranked players are complaining over different treatment by the board and decision makers.
What are your credentials and when did you see the evidence? Learn that your opinions are not facts without proof just because you think so highly of yourself. You wreak of jealousy. Anyone who states what someone else is thinking or feeling without even knowing them personally is a joke. 🤡
The thing is that it is well known about this product especially in Italy where it is made.. and there has been some study's about this product, they found that the testing of the drug is basically a time thing. So if he put it on yesterday then today it wouldn't show up as much as yesterday.. and the biggest 1 for me is Sinner is the number 1 rank and they should not of let something like this happen.. and do it again ... Not a good look good Sinner 🤔🧐🤫🤐
yeah but sinner is tested every week. how it is possible that during a tournament this substance went from top to 1/1000000000 2 times in a week? Is sinner stupid to take it another time after the first test? (this is the real problem with people that are saying he took it for doping)
Remember Halep ? Shame on duble standards !
Different situations.
Thanks for your video which sheds some lights on the antidoping issue with real arguments.
Are you paid by the ATP? massage just a story and nothing else just a story. He doped!
Exactly. I don't understand how these guys are covering up double standards 🤔
Back off haters. Try harder next time.
keep crying, hater,
Where is faa
You think shapo is more likely to go further than Monfils?
Now that I know he could face Alcaraz in the second round, no way 😂
La Halep non e’ riuscita a dimostrare da subito la sua positività’perciò’ e’ stata sospesa informarsi prego
Why did Sinner accept the loss of ranking points and $$$ if he supposedly did nothing wrong? Makes no sense. He should be banned 2 years minimum. Drug Cheater
You spread misinformation. The rule states that even athletes who are found totally innocent must be deducted points and prize money related to the tournament where detection was carried out. Is the rule fair? In.my.mind it's not and it doesn't make any sense but this is the current rule. What goes around comes around. You will find yourself accused of being a cheater and it won't matter you be totally innocent.
He didn't. It's being appealed. It's true it makes no sense to admit someone is innocent and punish them anyway, but don't blame him for that rule.
badosa is going to be a problem this year!
my guess is Sinner was using some drugs, some time has passed and small part of these drugs remained in his body now his team came up with this excuse, i'm sure every top player is doping so shaming Sinner sound ridiculous to me
Oy yeah, and you sound even more ridiculous. Back off hater.
Except the positive tests were 8 days apart during the time frame when his physio was treating a wound. There have been no positive tests before or since that one short stretch. So your guess is simply a projection of whatever you want the scenario to be. You haven't said anything about the case because you don't seem to know anything, but you have said a lot about yourself.
Darren Cahill also coached Halep and Agassi implicated and known to be involved in doping... just saying. If someone gets caught cheating they will pay whatever it takes to make it go away. Clostebol creams are used in doping across all sports to aid in the muscle recovery process and is specifically used as it generally does not show up in blood or urine samples with drug testing. There is a big loophole with clostebol creams as they are widely accessible over the counter in Italy and so the "I used it by mistake" excuse then becomes very hard to prove either way. I say where there is smoke there is fire. If this substance is used to assist muscle recovery and is hard to detect when used as a cream but is on the ban list, then it's easy to assume that Sinner with his sudden dominance and rise to the top of men's tennis at the very least shows signs of an enhanced performance. Sinner's sudden withdrawal from the Olympics also raises more questions and doubt as he came back to fitness almost immediately after his withdrawal. honestsport.substack.com/p/italys-clostebol-doping-crisis-across
Siner mister DOPING CHEATER...😮😮😮😮😮😮
Thanks for your explanation.❤
How much did the „experts“ get to lie?
A nice succinct explanation! Well done, Ms. Jess! 👏🏾
Thank you!!
well explained❤👏👏👏 can i use a link to this video to reply to those who say Halep was the same but treated differently?? Thanks.
Thank you and yes of course!
They should test Novax instead since he's been doping since 2011, I mean "gluten free"
Nothing to explain, he is drug positive, period. 2 years suspension, same as for others. Fact that ALL was hiddem from public since March tells everything
Nole is 37 goes for 38, come on, it's over. Propably another year
Great comment to make under a video that explains exactly the opposite 👏
Tu devi essere rinchiuso per le cazzate che dici, ogni situazione e’ diversa
Nothing to explain, you should be banned for life from all social media. Back off hater.
Ignorant opinion
I'm a chemist and would like to explain that 1 PPB is 1 gram of substance in 1000 Metric Ton of Solvent (One Millions of kilograms!!) . We are at the limits of equipments detection. No chemical substance has whatever action at this concentration. The unequivocal prove that has been a contamination and not intentional doping could be inferred from a previous recent negative analysis before the positive one.
It was an extremely low concentration because most of the substance had left his system
@@ertugrulsanskopar8248@ertugrulsanskopar8248 You know nothing about doping and should shut up and let the experts talk. Back off hater.
@@ertugrulsanskopar8248Who're you to infer that??When experts in forensic medicine and sports science have inferred that the dosages are consistent with contamination 🤡🤡.Keep hating.
@@ertugrulsanskopar8248 Prove it.
@@ertugrulsanskopar8248 Your explanation is not confirmed by facts, by Science and by Sinner's Athlete Biological Passport. Stay tuned for WADA decisions coming in the next few weeks, and read it all and CAREFULLY
Different situations.Jannik must to be strong and to play amazing, as always.😊❤
Again same bot😂
@@5eulThe expert...ha,ha,ha🤣🤣😂
Jess, so value your factual and well-balanced view of this story.
Thank you! I appreciate you watching the video
General opinion appears to be uninformed of certain legal facts here. Kick a dog when he’s down reveals a highly limited perspective.
kicking a dog when is standing also show a limited perspective
I agree. Focus is on low amount. But how is it even possible to get any amount through small wound or skin on feet to blood system and to urine? And when was he tested before Indian Wells? No focus on this very interesting topics. I am very skeptical.
@@annalax375This has been thoroughly explained by the experts. If this isn't enough for you then get a degree as a doctor specialised in antidoping and you'll find out yourself.
@cleonemusician217 Sinner says they knew immediately where the contamination came from, how? They had the excuse already prepared! He doped!
@@JamesBaker-n5x sleep well. We are worried about your we'll being. The are more important issues in life to think about.
So happy that there’s finally someone not slamming sinner for doping or for favouritism. Kyrgios needs to shut up. Very good explanation
Kyrgios ...nothing
Thank you for watching!
Kyrgios is a has-been mediocre player who is now a side-kick clown. He is jealous.
Explains a lot. However, going with the Simona example, why did they take so long to get back her appeal. She served 18 months before they got back to her. Jannik feels as though they were dealing with this over the phone to how swiftly the back and forth was happeneing
It’s possibly because it was a different court that made the final decision for Simona and they operate on their own timeframes. If the ITIA had ruled similar to Sinner that Simona’s situation wasn’t intentional in the first place then she may not have needed to wait so long, but that’s my guess
According to some sources, one of the reasons it took so long and couldn't immediately confront the initial claims like Sinner did, is because they couldn't find the source of the contamination. It took a while, the suspension remained and the story broke. Sinner managed in both cases to prove source contamination within a day or 2 and get the suspension lifted. It's terrible how her case was handled, and hopefully Sinner's case will set a precedent that players can be treated more fairly and quickly, rather than asking why his didn't take as long as Halep's.
@@Emmi007sthank you for this! That would make sense why hers took a long time, I agree it’s good Sinner’s situation was handled quickly and that should be the case for all matters - really unfortunate for Halep
thx this explains a lot!
Thank you for watching!
