Hello, my Casio marlin duro has lasted me a week, I have scratched the glass and the aluminum bezel, in your video I have learned how to change the glass for another and it is fantastic, but I can't find ceramic bezels of the exact size, could you tell me where to find it?

So I assume this only works for quartz movement watches?

I think you don’t really see the beauty of the hourglass logo and the fonting, maybe because you have not understood the elegance and simplicity of this brand. This watch is absolutely amazing in its looks, yes, the skeletonized hour hand included. It is very close to perfection. Do you know Credor? The font is very similar. This watch screams “elegance” in every way.

Great video mate, I am currently reviewing Pagani design as well and really impressed with the value you get for your money.

The first Ali watch I never bought was this Cronos Seamaster Homage. It came on a bracelet and was so first Gen it had stick hands (no arrow hour hand) and had the old Conan the Barbarian Cronos script. I love this watch. It gets more wear than any other watch, including my Omega Moonie and multiple Chris Ward watches. I ended up buying this version in blue, but for some reason it just doesn't have the same appeal. Strange, right?

Accuracy is all over the place 👎 😅 My Omega Speedmaster runs within couple seconds per week, sometimes too slow sometimes too fast.

I'll tell you the biggest 'con' , it's the light coloured dial face that doesn't contrast with the hands & indices. Hard to read in bright conditions. I wish I had one with a dark face.

I don't think Addiesdive and San Martin are made in the same factory, Addiesdive are produced in Shenzhen whereas San Martin are made in Dongguan, they obviously share component suppliers but, from what I understand, final assembly and finishing are done in their own respective facilities

Good video. And it looks like a good watch for the price. But it does not compare well to the Seiko SPB143, which has far superior case finishing, of course for far more $$.

Well buying a Seiko Hommage doesnt make so much sense does it? If you are lucky you get a SeikoSpb143 for „only“ 700-800 Euros on grey market

Notoriety is from Notorious so let's hope not! I made a few san Martin watches and love them especially my bb36 with a high beat movment. It's accurate to 3 seconds a day in all 6 positions and was incredible value in my opinion

Just to make this clear, as I did a lot of research on these little beauties: even though some people call it mecha-quartz, it doesn't mean that it has a mechanical (as in "spring powered") part. Actually, it'd be more correct to call this a smooth sweep quartz movement, because it's just a quartz that ticks four times a second, nothing more nothing less :)

Was the blue leather strap a ritchie?

I installed a DD sapphire and the same Long Island Watch J-style bracelet on my SRPE55. In addition, I swapped out the exhibition caseback for a slim caseback from nomoki mods, which made it 1mm slimmer. The watch looks and fits great now. I also have regulated it to run at +1spd. Can't beat it.

I just don't understand why people find Steinhart a good watch. It's all about looks from the top, the wearablillity is impossible with those flat lugs.

Beware! This watch can only be used with the provided strap or bracelet. The lugs on this Pagani are so close to the case that I cannot use any other strap than the bracelet provided. For me this makes this watch a huge disappointment. Don’t make the mistake I did.

I have the San Martin new model bronze diver with the PT5000 movement. It is a beautiful watch and keeps good time. The suede like strap is thick but supple and is very comfortable on wrist. A couple days ago I ordered an Erika`s strap in black with a sand stripe.

put an automatic or mechanical movement in it next. true sleeper build.

Thanks for the tips! I bought one of these while back and am gradually coming to grips with the shortfalls. The Seiko bracelet is awful... I'll mod it in due time: possibly with a lumed chapter ring, black date/date wheels (with lumed characters), a Seiko signed crown, sapphire crystal w/ day/date magnifier, and.... All said and done though, I love this watch!
