Hugh Jackman and Jake Gyllenhaal interview- sub ita
i would never shut up if i had her voice but if i were standing next to hugh jackman things might be different
😅😅😅My heart can't take it
Soo damn hot 🔥🔥🔥🔥❤❤❤❤
him tapping my head will solve all my problems 😇
He's unreal.... something bout him it's just fuc***ing magnetic!
Who sings this?
Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster
Who was the lead male?
Hugh Jackman
Some of these comments are nit-picking and downright nasty.
2 biggest issues for me is they changed the lyrics which ive spent so long memorizing it really threw me out of it and in the original they had someone who isn't a great singer, it feels weird to hear someone try and sing it nicely. I mean nothing against the guy he's a great singer just bad casting i guess.
Brilliant Broadway staging. “Just stand there. Don’t move.”
Es ligón y le gusta gustar y lo sabe que nos morimos por él y quien no? Hasta las japonesas se ponen nerviosas
A mí me hace un baile así como la chica en la silla y me muero en ese mismo momento.
Do I dare say his voice is not something I enjoy. Way too much vibrato.
that fourth dance i wish that was me so bad
🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 so MISCAST!!!!
❤❤❤❤ lovely Hugh
You cut the part at the end where she grabs her crotch and spits on home plate.
From what is the second dance thing?
Beyoncé and Hugh Jackman oscars performance
I he were kissing me ❤
Flat delivery…..
fbi agent dont judge me now
Gotta hit em with that “HEAR ME OUT”
Minha nossa😅❤ demais
As illegal as this recording is, I’m glad you posted it as there are no other versions. Thanks! No one will ever come close to the OG, but I can’t help but admire and respect anyone who has tried. This is definitely a show I will make an effort to see in person whenever it returns.
Just awful……
She's really crossed over into the medium of "self-parody," hasn't she?
It's ridiculous to change the lyrics. Extract the entire number if you're worried about offending some idiot. Most people who would go to this liked the show the way it was intended.
❤❤❤👏👏👏👏
Cannot watch without thinking of Robert Preston and Shirley Jones. No comparison.
Just awful. It's a soprano part, not a belter. And her acting is so over the top. Terrible miscasting. Insulting to the score and the composer.
Was the first Broadway Show I ever attended. Sutton was out due to Covid, but her understudy was exceptional! Pretty sure Hugh Jackman got COVID a few days after, tho.
I was stoked to have found this and other recorded clips from their shows! What I'm wondering is why they never sing together (duet)? In other versions of this musical Harold and Marian sing the last part of the song together, but in this reprised version they don't. Anyone know why that is? Just curious.
Broadway shows look like the best in the world. I hope I'll be able to watch one one day <3
Shipoopi was my favorite number in the original film: brilliantly choreographed, danced at a nearly maniac pace and delightful. This is good too, but….
Hackman really screwed this one up
Wish u had the full show. The quality is so good
I'd love to see seth mcfarlane do this too. He'd be perfect. Hugh is incredibly charming too ❤ xxx
Wow great performance!!
Wow, what an incredibly lifeless number. I've seen more energetic performances in community theater productions.
Hugh jackman’s voice is not up to broadway standards. They brought him in because of his name, not because he can sing
I don't think anyone minds at all.
Why is everyone saying Sutton is miscast?
They'd have been better off if they'd replaced it with "Being in Love" from the movie version.
This song should lost all it's glory in this key. It should *never* be sung this low.
I keep laughing 😂
Wow. She doesn't even TRY to hit the high note.
This lacked energy and too many pauses slowed the pace of the song.
Hugh Jackman is a freaking dreamboat jeez
Her vocals are beautiful. So pure and harmonious, brings peace and warmth to my heart. Everytime I hear this piece I don't know why I have a tear in my eye. They make a handsome couple. lol
The fell in love yalls ! Beautiful couple 😍
Man I would have hated hearing the audience go WOOOH when they kissed - like it was a high school production or a sit com.
Count yourself lucky and you saved yourself money.
We thought this show was pretty bad. My family knows every line by heart. Sutton was miscast. And we didn’t appreciate Jackman breaking character with his (dumb) little jokes.
I think Jackman is a really charismatic actor and very good natured man but his voice seems damaged. He has lost his vocal strength - especially the strength he had when he first did Oklahoma. It would have driven me insane if he broke character. It's not 'an evening with...' it's The Music Man. And yes Sutton is miscast. In fact if you were to ever flip the show and cast the lead as female she would be perfect casting!
i wouldn’t have been mad if they just cut shipoopi. like it’s not necessary by any means. why change the lyrics? anyone doing the music man should treat it like the period piece it realistically is. it is very dated but you don’t do something like the music man and make rewrites to make it seem relevant. if you can’t make an old text relevant in todays day, why are you doing that show? poor direction decisions all around with this whole production.
