I've got a hybrid bamboo adjustable mace/clubbell .. longer than a clubbell, and shorter than a mace. Can load it to 33kg.. perfect combination. Can do Swings infront aswell.. I also have 2 clubbells and one steel mace.. awesomr channel btw. Just came over this yesterday 🎉🎉
From the perspective of someone who made MACE purchase mistakes, Oh, I am considered to be strong. 1. Don’t go heavy for your first mace. Go for something lighter, 2.5kg - 6kg. This will allow you to home your technique and prevent injuries. 2.5 is shorter with a narrower grip for people with small hands. I personally use them as light club, 3.5-6kg with a thicker shaft for larger hands. I purchase a light and medium 4kg and 6kg. 2. When you have improved your technique, go for a heavier ones and alternate between light and heavy. 3. After you have mastered the above, go heavy. 12kg upwards.
