Thanks Kitt, was a tad annoying having to spend 2 days figuring out what was causing the issues, thing is can happen again any time. Much like all simulators they are forever in a state of upgrading, beta's here bug fixes there, complete sim updates etc. So it is forever a moving target, keep the blue side up!

Yes I was blown away by the scenery and just had to fly here, thanks for the feedback and welcome. I flew in from Viru Viru, Bolivia and the whole route was stuning to look out over, keep the blue side up!

I understand the frustration with how the Vancouver area looked when it first came out, I think the scenery has improved in this version but there is still room for improvement. TBH even in FS2020 when I flew it I was not impressed with Vancouver in it, and I live close to Vancouver, required 3rd party SamScene 3D to make it somewhat nice. Another thing to keep in mind, in thios video I had live weather turned off, and my ortho if I recall and did not have Global Forests v2.2. That said all in all IMHO no sim ever gets Vancouver looking good, yet always has bad framerates which never made sence to me. @@Dave_McKee I was amazed at how well the G36 behaved. I took it around the world in FS20 as one of my first long flights. The only issue I had was lack of Ice protection on the wings, but then it really doesn't have any wing protection, only a De-Ice on the Prop and a Defroster which did not work for me. Its time to give her another spin as the G58 if I have it in the sim, I think I do.

@@KCPrible98 While this is the wrong video you replied to lol yes the lack of anti-ice is for sure always a concern, but is true with any aircraft of course. She flies like a dream I ended up flying all over Italy after recording till like 4am-5am time flew by, I was having so much fun and so glad to finally have one in my hangar.

I hope you enjoy the rest of the flight, it was a long one for sure, as for the city sorry was a flight in real-time so was night when I landed.

Thanks so much Kitt, and yes the stutters, and mini freezes happen when in cruise or after I end the public part of the enroute. Also remember most encoding/editing software will automtically try to correct for them is my guess. Just finished another video and have the global trees turned off, it went flawless the whole flight, think I may delete them and reinstall it,.Keep the blue side up. oh and try get some sleep now and then :)

It really is a joy to fly, takes some time getting used to it, and tail wheel can be well lets just say adventerous. I tend to stick to the Amphib as she is a bit of a wild one on takeoffs and landings, I mark that up to my lack of skill. Otherwise is a dream to fly and highly customizable cockpit wise. Glad you and Cindy enjoyed the video, the plane is indeed much more powerful and a joy to fly, so far. While it could be done mirroring her route not sure how easy it would be, given the railway may not appear below etc. I also have no desire to create a flightplan with 100 waypoints and turns etc to wander the valleys. You will at some point have to settle for a airliner flight into Oslo as a small bird like this just is out of place, the andes though hmmmmmmmmmmm. I may just have to look into the manual more as for what is maximum sustained cruise Altitude, the plane has a Oxygen system. I still have my flightplan in LittleNavMap .fpl format. I did follow the RR tracks to make it. I think Navigraph could import it if you were interested.

It certainly can but of course I had a number of addons and mods that added to it, by default it does not look like that. Given though a fair number of them are freeware, it only costs the time it takes to download and set them up. Thanks for your comment and stopping by, keep the blue side up!

I think the Orbx Forests work fine, it is more for me atleast about the density, colour, and species etc then how pretty the leaves are. Default i always thought a lot of the trees where to sparce in a lot of areas and lacked that luchious deep green, in like the amazon. I have no idea why I even said that and bringing a chucle to you, just i was really enjoying the flight more then normal for some reason. Probably because I have quite a few NEW things to fly and fly-to, thanks to donations, again Thank you, keep the blue side up!

Yes I have had this plane for a while and been wanting to fly it again, it very nice for freeware. I am hoping that this or the 170 go on sale during Black friday, post in discord said 50% off the 170. I think most had the same feelings really, supporting the troops just not why they wheir there. The scenery is actually rather well done and I'm happy with the purchase, given it was already on sale. Look forward to a flight into it, carrying some peach and pecan pies for good measure, landing at sunset keep the blue side up!

Glad the video inspired you to think of Big Bear, definitely a beautiful location and a great spot to fly to. Glad the audio was good as it really does add to the immersion of a flight for sure. As I have a headset on it is always hard to know if the sounds are right since my output for them is thru speakers. This is because when I fly on vatsim I need to be able to hear ATC in my headset without loud engine sounds or me talking in them.

Yes the livery is a bit of a departure for me for sure and the winds were a nightmare coming off the mountain down the side. Not going to say I would never use the 750 as I am very comfortable (most times LOL) with a gns 530, reading about the 750 seems it can be a bugger to get it into a plane. Supposedly it is not as simple as the PMS 750 is make it active in a planes panel, not having ever owned it no idea if it is true. The shoutouts were most warranted for all the support you have shown the channel over the years, keep the blue side up!

She really is a pretty plane, as for the systems just going to have to read up more on them. The slow landing and approach speeds are really going to take me a long time to get used too, not used to them at all. Also I see it does have a min speed for retracting the gear etc, that is going to take getting used too as well. However I enjoy flying the Shark and the views out of it ar just awesome, which can't be understated for situational awareness. I did watch the longer video of Zara while I was impressed what she accomp[ished at souch a young age, the sound and camera work left a lot to be desired. Maybe they were working on a shoestring budget and just slapped all the footage together sort of hodgepodge. I've compiled a timeliness of about an hour of our testing of the three cameras. I color corrected them last night. I have one more batch outside to collect. Then I'll render it uo as a private UA-cam video so we can watch and compare on our big screen. Then it's decision making time. It will be nice to get this behind us.

Could be it was a bit all over the place, I wish they had shown us the plagues she was presented with. Thought that would have been a no brainer but such is life, now i think it is time for a nap:)

@Dave_McKee there were longer videos with more details on the route etc. I would have to look for them again. One guy did make a flight plan out of it leg by leg. I think I still have his map.

Yeah the landing was hard for sure, and ye it is a lovely little airport for sure, as for the trees etc, I had no ortho running that was default XP12 scenery and trees, and weather.

Glad ya got a chance to view it, as for the aircraft it is actually pretty easy to fly, it's the landing that messes me up LOL, keep the blue side up!

Yes I have Mal not flown it in about a year, lost a ssd to failure and had to make a choice what sim to install, and no I have no plans to be buying FS2024 in the near future. Not saying it won't be good but other then being pretty I have seen nothing so far that FS2020 did not do that interests me, carrear modes and rescue stuff just holds no interest for me. Not saying I will never fly MSFS at some point in the future but for now I am happy in the sim I have flown for years before FS2020 was even a thing. Thank you, been a busy time but good to be back, I shut the channel down for 4-5 months and only just restrted it again. I have done a number of videos since the reboot, you may want to make sure you did not get unsubscribedm and be sure the bell is clicked and select all. That way anytime I release a community post (not often) or post a new video you7'll get notified when you log onto UA-cam. Wish I could have had a bettert landing for your firsty view back but the scenery the whole flight was stunning, blue side up!

Thanks so much glad you're enjoying the video, hopefully you'll upgrade and it is worth it! Great thing is as it is on Steam the minute to reinstall it, any new patches etc install automatically. 64 bit DX 12 experimental version is also included, it is what I used for the video!

Yes the Baron is a great aircraft and there are some great ones in both sims. Don't blame ya for using fs2020 it tends to get way more views then XP, but for me it's XP12 all the way. Glad ya enjoyed as i am yours when you throw onew up, keep the blue side up my friend!

As for FS 24 Alpha I watched almost nothing about it as I have no real interest in it, I hope people remember what the launch of 2020 was like. It was pretty dang buggy for the first year+ before they got smart and reached out to some of the freeware mod teams. I was happy to help him out as I do love to go camping, though we did have a cabin so not exactly camping but the nature is stunning, keep the blue side up!

XP does not feel like it is on rails, as I mentioned during the video i was not using live weather. I also had the AP engaged and using heading hold etc so hence it appeareed so stable. It is far different bird if i had turned all that off and Xenviro on. One thing i do wish was the skies were alive with traffic without having to buy a addon to do that, it's something that they need to build-in. Thanks Mal, great to hear from you again, at this time I have no intentions of getting FS2024 when it releases. I don't have the drive space for it also it looks to much like a carrear sim or something to me. Granted that is what they wheir promoting during the summer, fire fighting etc, not my thing, keep the blue side up!

Yes I saw it it the EFB same as tooltips can be turned off, I don't mind them on, what is annoying is how sensitive it is. You just have to be anywhere around a Rwy and it alerts you, I may just turn it off and go back to my normal XRASS Plugin. Good question! hard to answer really as this aircraft is being done from scratch for XP12 and is in ALPHA, some earlier ones from them I think were simply made XP12 flyable. I really have a blast in this one but for some it's a no-go not having VNAV, and CPDLC, etc etc, I however dont miss them at present. That is not to say I don't look forward to when they are included which I anticipate will be sooner rather then later. I do have a video I did a few days back flying from S.Korea to Tokyo which is much more lenghty if you wish. Thanks for the kind words and glad you enjoy the videos, keep the blue side up!

Thanks Kitt hope you enjoyed it, as to alternate landing settings aka Land 3 that is because it automatically wants to Autoland by default. I think the real aircraft does also and is up to the Pilot flying to cancel it, which I often do, this time I did not. I have a more full flight video uploading in the latest version of XP12 and the aircraft now the NDA is lifted, hope you enjoyt it also as its your ballpark 2hr's almost lol
