This trail is good for lighter dirt bikes. Not so much enyoing with so big bike like T7.

Thanks a lot man! I had no trouble with the wrist while riding, my problem was that my throttle lock was slipping a little. Now with a lighter spring pull throtle lock is rock solid. Great sucsess :) and also subscribed.

I'm surprised you are considering selling it after about 6 months! That bike is amazing. I just picked up the 2024 from Elite Motorsports in Loveland. Going from the 2022 EX350 to a 2024 EC300 was night and day different. Especially when riding the technical stuff. I hope after 6 months it grows on you and you decide to keep it. I just finished a video on the Teller Divide Trail near Walden. I think that is a great trail to really put that bike through it's paces. A good mix of single track and some nice flowy sections. Great bike at a great price! I can't say enough good stuff about it. Happy riding!

I have put in many full days on the T7. The bike has a few weird little issues but I've never had an issue with the throttle.

I've changed the throttle tube out to lessen the rotation. Doing this as well would work okay or not?

Loving your content buddy! Very refreshing to see a normal no ego approach, and seems like are just being yourself and sharing the ride! I just shut down my lifted van life channel and started a new moto channel here to share ideas and experiences, and eventually i will put together some motocamping events here and other social media platforms. Throttle lock?

I'll have to remember this mod. On my first few rides my wrist was sore but I went for some longer rides this past weekend and everything was good to go.

word to the wise: the downhill side of Black Bear Pass is 100% deep, loose shale. the KTM 1190 is too heavy to stop once you get going. the back wheel will lock and you’ll just keep sliding and sliding until you lock the front brake, slide a little more and eventually dump it. I went solo in 2021 and nearly died when my bike skidded and slid into a rock that threw me off balance and shot me and the bike off the cliff just above the waterfall. thankfully some Jeepers winched me out and I was able to limp the rest of the way down the mountain with not much broken besides a shattered confidence.

I've noticed this immediately on my T7. I can spend 15 hours on my 500 with no problems but a little over an hour on the T7 and I notice my wrist is sore. I'll be looking at this mod soon.

Been thinking about going lighter as the T7 becomes a workout after the 2nd pick up or day of sand. Great job on convincing me to spend money :D

Some pices are good on my T7, but some are crap. I got the clear headlight protector, witch was good.👍 But the luggage rack was crap 😢

they are great bikes, but way to much maintenance. The sell the same brand skid plate extention for the links

Will pillion pegs fit with this high mount? Also did it come with a muffler or did you reuse your original?

I had the same bike, 05 18N S3 in metallic silver, V&H long shots, forward facing intake, & power commander. and I hated the pullback bars so I got some 10" apes and flipped the risers backwards from pull back bend to bend forward, and it fit my 6'4" long frame and arms great.. Put 40k miles on it in after buying the 05 brand new in 07, was still sitting there 2yrs old in late 07.. It was nearly $5k off sticker so I swiped a great deal on it.. After riding a few street glides of friends, I made the switch to a 2010 street glide for the fairing & bags, cruise control, radio, and of course the sound.. A twin cam harley with a camshaft & pipes sound just cannot be replicated or beat.. No matter what, that sound is just so satisfying and muscle car like.. Regardless, I loved the Honda, and it just didn't have the aftermarket to really make it your own, but I didn't lose much money, I paid right at $10k as it was 2yrs old still on showroom floor, and sold it with 41k miles for $8500 bucks in late 2011.. I still have my 2010 street glide I bought after the vtx, 14yrs later.. I had the motor built at 45k miles a couple years ago, and the aftermarket is endless for it so I will prob keep it for ever.. No one other than super harley nerds really even know its 14yrs old..

What tire is your buddy running on the rear of that ktm? Looks like a staggered tread pattern

Don't use red thread lock as it's permanent, and if you ever have to take it apart, you can break the small bolts. Use the blue thread locker, you will thank me later.....
