EZ GO Golf Cart convert series to PDS drive system
Converted a old style series drive system to a PDS on a EZ GO 36v electric golf cart. I also have another golf cart project coming within the next month that will be epic. Have a great day.

One man 2 post lift install

120k Lumens of High Bay Lights for less than 300 dollars

I spent 5 days last week and 2 days this week installing the 6' wide sheets of insulation and all the metal siding and roof. I also installed all the trim and the office picture window. It was ALOT of hours spent to beat the next scheduled rain and WE DID IT!!!! I hope you all enjoy the trials and tribulations we have undergone and continue to persevere through and document.     Do you think it cranks any faster than the OE starter? Its hard to tell with the different sound. My 450B would start better in the cold if it had a few extra cranking RPMs and my starter is starting to act up a little bit.

    Enjoyed the video sound like you're from North Louisianawhere does lt5000d plasma cutter a lotus stand in comparison with that thing you couldn't with cuz it's a 240/110 50 amp what's the difference ?I never made a spark with it, yet.

    I used 1 x 6's side by side for mine because I had it. I liked watching you work, kinda like me. Inspector made me tie wire some rebar pieces on top of the J bolts so I did it for his self esteem. All 18 of my column feet went on with no issues.

    This seems like a huge problem with construction. Why don't the ready-mix companies just have their own crews to finish the concrete they deliver and eliminate the whole scheduling problem? Maybe I'm just ignorant...

    Great video. Doing the due diligence, but strongly leaning in favor of making the buy for a Lotos LTP5000 or LTP6000. Appreciate the video with the update on the LTP5000 after 3 years of use. Good to know the equipment seems to last.

    What is the LxWxH and what is the size of column?

      This is a 40x70x16 and I think the columns are 12”x12” fabricated, not H or I beams.

    Mine will be delivered Monday in this is what I'm going to be doing mine is going to be gas though I'm going to change that when it gets tired 1967 John Deere 450 now I'll have to I'll have that one and I'll have a 1938 to 42 Allis-Chalmers track tractor

      No link to a kit. I pieced it together. First thing I ordered was the motor and Alltrax controller. In the controller instructions is the blue prints and listed components needed. I then ordered all the needed capacitor and switches and such I needed. I found complete wiring harnesses that made the job simple.

      It did good till the torque converter let go and broke trans and engine block LOL. I never got the driveshaft balanced and only thing logical that could have caused it. Right now it is tore down and a king pin Dana 60 has been installed and currently getting a Cummins transplant.

    What R rating is that insulation and price? I know I want a Red Iron building because pole barn and bolt together shops are inferior construction and not going to hold up to my weather conditions what I'm undecided on is what type of insulation I'm going to use I'm honestly leaning towards Pink panther Foam Insulation.

      I think it is R11 if I remember right. It was included in price of the building kit so I don’t know the separate price.

    Im mad my door didnt quiet reach my top header so they bent it over and screwed it in then i realized my door doesnt have a sil plate or any seals for that matter. Is there a way to put a sil plate in after the fact?

    Look in the marine department hardware store they sell snaps & a little tool to install them.... under 65° I put a small electric heater in the back & top goes on like butter 🧈 some peeps complain they can't get the top on .... all you need is heat, that's part of the design

    When putting that insulation up, use some 3M spray adhesive on the ends to help hold the insulation in place.

      I had 2x4 screwed together and sandwiching the insulation with a rope down to 40~50 lbs trying to hold each end and was still trying to blow away. I have used that spray adhesive before and it would not have had a chance LOL.

      @@shockleybuilt4418 Wow! I m guessing that fiberglass is not the way to go! I purchased steel bldg that had to be moved. I disassembled it and have the concrete footing and pier’s in. Ready to frame it when the weather is a little warmer here in Iowa. It had fiberglass before. But after watching your video, I think spray foam is the way to go

    Did your soft top come with a slide track for the side? I have a similar one and it seems like air/wind enters through the sides, gets annoying cuz I hear it flapping while I drive.

      It goes into the factory track on the vertical sides right behind the doors. It is just a factory replacement and goes to all the factory mounts.

      You can buy the slide tracks that are at the back of the target panel from eBay
