Water-Cleaning your Selmi Tempering Machine

This video demonstrates step-by-step how to fully water-clean your Selmi tempering machine - starting from the final step of a basic cleaning. Be sure to read the notes and warning at the beginning of the video (and below) before proceeding.
WARNING: Take extreme precautions when water-cleaning your tempering unit to avoid electrocution or damaging your equipment. Exposing any of the electrical components to water while your unit is plugged in and powered on can cause extreme harm to yourself and your equipment. For this reason, we only recommend water cleaning your unit if it is absolutely necessary. Tomric Systems is not responsible for any harm or damage caused by improper handling of your equipment.
The instructions provided here are for guidance only, you may find with your chocolate and inclusions that some steps need to be modified. Note that the water cleaning instructions can only be done on the "EX" style machines from Selmi. Never introduce water to a Selmi One, Selmi Legend, or Selmi Cento as water can get trapped and cause microbiological growth.

    can you tell me why this machine does not keep the depositing flow, after after a few batches, we have to keep changing the setting on the metered depositing button and end up filling manually because the flow . it is a nightmare . Also , do we have to wait to put the chocolate on the fridge or we can put it right away?

    I watch the video again, I'm surprised in my country there are a lot of raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries. I have crystallized them for the chocolate, these for the most part, almost 99% have not derailed, and I see that you build them in molds, very surprised

How did you make them stick together Without having to melt them on a hot plate ❓❓ 3. Can you use a light plaster for the same purpose ❓❓ 4.     Ug... Every time I've gotten my courage up to make PDF it ends up being too thick and doesn't pour nicely like yours. Do you think I could be cooking ti at too low of a temp and it's taking too long to get up to the right temp? I can't figure out why mine it's working and it's super frustrating. I just tired raspberry and the same thing happened.

    The machine is spinning clockwise. The electrician just put a 3 phase in our kitchen for this machine. Do wee need to change polarity? And how do you go about doing that? Thank you!

    Does the enrober belt need its own 220v outlet, I wish there was explanation of that before I purchased, I assumed it plugged into main machine

      The R200 does require its own outlet but the Legend enrober does not.
