Chef Kalle Jungstedt graduated from culinary school in 2000 and has been working as a chef ever since.
After serving as a co-owner in two different companies in the food industry for over 10 years, he eventually started his own business in 2017. Jungstedt says he has always been drawn to desserts but didn´t discover chocolate properly until 2014.
At first, all production was out of his home kitchen, then quickly outgrowing the space and moving to the studio space he is in now. With that studio, also came the opportunity to offer classes. With the onset of the pandemic, he then shifted his focus and started offering online classes.
As of today, he has returned to making bonbons but has kept the classes going.
