A few of the shortcuts shown are wrong too. does not help. At 7:06... when moving the edges it drags the top part of line too.. how has he disconnected the smaller edges to drag seamlessly

Hi - does it still hold true that "ngons" create artifacts through lighting and it should be better to create MORE faces when editing/extruding? I find it very difficult to edit faces with many subdivisions

Hello! I'm used to blender. I have a good workflow there. I'm really struggling with changing the key bindings in the new hammer, just simple things like pan view, zoom etc. It is not really intuitive for me here. I can't change the bindings inside hammer, and when changing in the config it doesn't really work. Any suggestions or configs to download? Thanks
How's the in game performance looking for a game of this scope on S&box currently? From the video it feels super choppy. Although I see the video was recorded at 24 fps for some reason...
it performs great! The scope is not necessarily large CPU heavy lifting, theres basically just two high quality environments that are fantastically optimized. Good catch on the 24 FPS!

this tutorial is impossible to follow lmao. Like the software is so insanely complicated for doing the most basic thing that every 5 seconds I have to pause the video for several minutes to figure out why mine behaves differently than yours. I think this software is painful to use compared to Hammer 1
I'm realizing right away that this program in inferior to Hammer 1 just for the camera system alone. The camera in Source 2 is huge headache and it makes no sense at all. Why would they completely change the camera for hammer after over 20 years?!
I can't follow this tutorial the editor doesn't behave the same way. When I select the line @4:00 and press f to 'bevel' it keeps the line in the middle and I can't actually follow these steps. So far I hate everything about this editor I think it is low quality.

Hi! Could you help me a little bit? I have experience with source 1 but source 2 seems like totally different thing... I want to make a "fun" map. I want to make a pipe, that is rotating and player can go trough. I made a pipe, i can go trough, but when I tie to entity that pipe and make it func_rotating, I can no longer go trough that hole. I found a button that shows collisions. So apparently when I tie it to entity and make it a rotating object, it create some kind of collision box and I have no Idea now how to achieve this. Could you briefly explain how can I achieve this or even better make a shot tutorial? Pleeeeeeeeease........

I have been able to apply audios that the game gives you but it still doesn't work for me with custom audios. I am quite grateful for this video that has given me information that I really needed.
Some feedback: this tutorial goes WAY too fast to digest stuff. Also, don't include all the keyboard shortcuts. It slows down the tutorial and it's better to learn where the function is in the program in case you forget the shortcut. Makes following the tutorial a lot harder to follow along as a new mapper. I can always see what the shortcuts are when mousing over stuff.

Bro chill out. I’m used to having to put tutorials on 1,5x speed because they are too slow and I can follow them easily. But this is the conplete opposite. I have to put you at 0,5x, and even then I still get no space to integrate the information you tell me
