You need to discuss housing county by county so that the focus is truly inclusive for everyone in Nevada.
It’s bleak out there... Nevada is beginning to resemble a feudal state. I don’t kno if I’ll be voting for Masto again in 2022. Market intervention hurts the working class. So called “relief” is just kicking the can down the road, coupled with low interest rates, this climate is brutal and infuriating to hard working savers who just want to own a home or pay reasonable rent. Don’t turn us into California ! “We need to find ways to avoid evictions” translates to “we need to intervene and further distort the real estate and rental markets”
