I want to thank you for visiting! My channel is dedicated to inspiring people to grow and become a better version of themselves. This will be done through sharing my life experiences and by sharing what I've learned along my journey. The focus here is on mental health (I am a licensed mental health professional), growth, motherhood, faith, and lifestyle.
My hope this year is for others to see my life and to find encouragement through my story, my transparency, and the information that I share. I feel called to help people understand that they don't have to be perfect, settle with being unhealthy, or stay the same; it is never to late to start over!
My prayer is that my story, the advice and tips will impact the lives of all who watch and listen.
God is with us and he loves us so much. Let the light of his love change who we are for the better!

I need some advice I'm a single mother 3 kids two of them is autism I don't have no support its difficult for me to work a job I just wanna live life enjoy life in not just work in pay bills I wanna travel with my daughters but it seem like evert time I have money something has to be done 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

Newly single with three kids Karma often wondering why I made this choice. Then I think back to the situations. I do accept it😢
Hey sis! Accepting your situation and not blaming yourself/giving yourself grace daily is the best thing you can do. I think daily, reminding yourself that you still have purpose and that nothing you’ve gone through will be wasted is important. Also, practicing daily gratitude has been very helpful for me on my journey. And remember these days won’t last forever. Sending you love and healing. ♥️🫶🏾

You just made me cry 😭😩 this morning and realizing there is a lot I haven't done, a lot of unforgiving spirit, a lot of no appreciation since I'm so focused on what I don't have and what I have lost, I definitely need to do better 🙏.

I am 3 months pregnant and just found out he cheated on me at yhe beginning of our relationship. I am scared , hurt and lost. I don't have strength in me.
I’m so sorry to hear that! I really want you to make the best out of this pregnancy. My advice is to focus on yourself and your baby that you have growing inside of you! We want the baby to be as happy and healthy as possible. Pray about what decisions you need to make and just as sure as God gives you the answer he will also give you the strength. I promise. ♥️🙏🏾

Hey love, I agree that it is hard, but remind yourself today that you can do hard things. And when you feel unequipped, overwhelmed and discouraged lean into your faith and tell God that you need him to step in. Hopefully he will open doors and also send the support system that you need. I've recently moved out with my 3 kids. The relationship was emotionally draining n 1 week after that I find myself crying before God, I felt like I'm not good enough or I don't have enough in me to raise my kids. God has been my strength and I'm trusting him in every step of the way. Thank you so much for this ❤
